The graveyard looked like a christmas tree.
Everywhere, on every single railing, there were bright and beautiful flowers. Behind each flower, there was a small candle, lit and dancing gently. The small lights from the candles gave the flowers soft glows, similar to fireflies. Seemingly scattered among the railings and on top of fake tombstones, streamers littered the yard. In the dark, they kind of looked like thin and colorful snakes, but the glows from the flowers helped to dispel that illusion. Gwyn had done her very best to make the graveyard a welcoming place, just in time for the festivities. She had been certain that the cubs wouldn't want to come anywhere near unless everything was bright and colorful. It was more welcoming that way! After all, what best to shoo away nasty spirits than with bright and silly decorations? One wouldn't think they would like things full of life and color.
Standing silently within the middle of the graveyard, Kharon stood... Tall and dark. His leathery wings were pulled in to his sides and his loyal bolf sat atop his shoulder. The skull donned upon his head had an orange hue to it, the light from the lantern that hung on the tip of his tail hitting it just right. His statue-esque appearance threw off the whole 'fun' aspect of his surroundings, his loyal pet stretching it's wings and screeching in a tiny and menacing manner.
