A specific holder magic that deals in making contracts with celestial spirits to carry out the key-holder's will.
With some hundreds of fans of the Fairy Tail series, having only 12 gold keys is frustrating. Thus, this thread will display more Zodiacs for more opportunity for Celestial Wizards.
The original zodiac 12 key set is also available.

As a general rule of thumb: Silver Keys will count as a C-Rank Spell while Gold Keys will count as an S-Rank Spell.

When building a profile, each character for Celestial Magic has the oppotunity to start off with 2 Silver Keys. Gold Keys will be available during guild events or on missions at the Captain's discretion.

Classic Gold Keys

Name of Key: Aquarius
OWNER =
Description: Aquarius is a mermaid-like Celestial Spirit. She has a long blue tail, large breasts and she wears a revealing bikini top. She has two gold armlets and she wears a jewel circlet. She wields an urn which is the basis of her powers. She was designed to have her appearance correspond with her respective zodiac sign whereby "Aquarius" is depicted as a merman or mermaid carrying a vessel from which is pouring a stream of water as reflected by the urn and Water Magic Aquarius uses in the Fairy Tail series. Aquarius is a very moody and ill-tempered woman who often threatens to kill her owner. She is very kind and loving towards her boyfriend, Scorpio, to which she shows a completely different side of herself.

Aquarius uses high level water magic summoned from her jar that can make an infinite amount of water. When summoned she will only stick around for 5 posts max before dashing off and cannot be summoned for another 10 posts.

Name of Key: Taurus

Description: Taurus is an extremely tall, heavily muscular and athletic humanoid whose physical features are highly reminiscent of both a bull, as his theme implies, but, most notably, of a cow. His body is covered in a black and white pattern similar to those of dappled cows, and the upper part of it, from the waist up, seems more massive than the lower one. His head is bovine in shape, with small, elongated ears jutting outwards from the sides of his head, and a pair of horns, testifying him as a bull, sitting on top of it. He has dark eyes, and his flat nose bears a large golden ring in it, similar to those carried by real bulls. His muscular chest bears six udders, two on his pectorals and four on his upper abdominals, something which makes him yet again resemble a cow. The tail sprouting from his back, ending in a dark tuft, is quite small, if compared to the large mass of his body.

Taurus' massive body is mostly left bare: he's shown wearing a dark indument, similar to a pair of swim briefs, covering his groin, held up by a red, studded belt, with a circular, thin, golden metal buckle, with a pair of curved protrusions jutting outwards from it in its upper part. He also wears simple dark boots with lighter upper edges, consisting of three lines circling his legs, and has a red belt circling his neck, to which a golden cowbell is attached. His forearms are wrapped in bandages, and he wears brown fingerless gloves. Crossing his chest diagonally and passing over his right shoulder is a large, plain dark belt closed by a simple buckle, to which Taurus attaches his signature axe when he's not using it.

Taurus is a very perverted and fun-loving character. However, when the time calls for it, he can be focused to protect his summoner as he becomes quite the formidable warrior.

Taurus is a close combat axe wilder and will continue to fight close combat as long as the summoner wishes if knocked out he will return to the spirit world and cannot be used for 8 posts.

Name of Key: Cancer

Description: Cancer looks like a funky hairdresser. His hair is black and braided in red cornrows that end in a shape that resembles crab's pincers. He always wears a blue striped shirt and dark trousers with two aquamarine stripes each side, also wearing boots in his feet. In his pants there's a ring chain in the right pocket and a hairdresser tools' bag in the left side of his belt. He wears a golden necklace and it's commonly seen with his two main weapons: Scissors. The color of his eyes is unknown because Cancer always wears sunglasses with green lens. He also has six crab legs that appear from his back.

Cancer has a very "cool" personality, he isn't very emotional or hotheaded.

Another close combat spirit that is used for battles more along the line of using the scissors he has a weapons usually aiming for clothing or air but can easily cut flesh but usually chooses not to by giving the opponents he cuts pure shock from loosing hair or clothing because if he brakes his scissors he becomes depressed. After he vanishes he cannot be summoned for 8 posts.

Name of Key: Virgo

Description: Virgo takes the form of a maid with shackles around her wrists, short, pink hair, and blue eyes. She wears a typical black and white maid's outfit.

Virgo has a tendency to ask whether she should be punished after she has done something regardless of if it was good or bad, possibly indicating that she's a masochist. This is a little ironic, since she is the Maiden. She is very stiff in her movements and is very loyal to her owner, even so much she changes her appearance for them.

Virgo can create holes in the ground by digging into the earth. She has two shackles around her wrists and uses them for attack by spinning around like a drill above ground or below. After she vanishes she cannot be summoned for 8 posts.

Name of Key: Sagittarius

Description: Sagittarius, despite how people would usually view him, is a tall, black-haired lanky man wearing a horse costume. He has rustic, almost medieval clothing. He carries a giant bow and has a giant quiver on his back.

Sagittarius is very formal and respectful to his owner. He carries out his orders quickly, and always tries to do what is in his capabilities. He also seems to take all of his requests literally, leading him to misinterpret certain orders. He has a habit of uttering the phrase "moshi moshi", which literally means "hello" in Japanese.

Sagittarius is an expert shot and will never miss his target, he always uses his bow and arrows for attacking and is vary smart. He cannot create any kind of special arrow when shooting them but can use his intelligent mind to figure out how to make his arrows he launches have certain effects. Once vanishing he cannot be summoned for 8 posts

Description: Loke’s outfit (that he can change using a type of Magic) is radically different, consisting of an elegant dark suit, with the jacket left unbuttoned and the loose pants held up by a light colored belt, over a lighter shirt, with a zebra-striped tie around the neck, plus dark shoes.

Loke is very flirtatious with attractive women, being top ranked as the "Mage you want to have as your boyfriend", according to Weekly Sorcerer magazine. Whilst being amorous, he does not take kindly to those who abuse or take advantage of women. He is very loyal to his friends.

Loke uses light magic that forms around his fists in the shape of lion heads or just light engulfing his hands. He is a powerful hand to hand combat spirit and is quite strong. He will require 10 posts before he can be re-summoned to battle when he vanishes.

Description: Aries is a female spirit which resembles a young girl with pink hair, brown eyes and a pair of twisted horns on her head. Aries usually wears clothes based on a wool-like style, white and fluffy. Her outfit changes. In her very first appearance, Aries did not have a satchel on her waist, and her neck was covered in white wool rather than the pink wool shown in her recent appearance

Aries is very shy and polite. She will always apologize (sumimasen), even if she didn't do anything wrong to her owner. Still, she is very sweet and nice, and able to appreciate how kind an owner is. And, despite her fears, she is willing to fight.

Aries can create impenetrable wool walls that last for up to 5 posts and is a strong hand to hand fighter like Leo but her passive nature makes it so that she seems weak.

Name of Key: Scorpio

Description: Scorpio is a relatively tall, lean-built, dark-skinned man with short hair that is red on one side and white on the other. His tail is a large gun that is shaped like a scorpion's tail that has the word "Antares" written on it. He wears no shirt, but has a flower shaped collar that is red and trimmed with gold around his neck. He has a red sheet-like material around his waist that is kept up by his large belt that has the Scorpio symbol on it. He wears black shorts, and has bandage-like material wrapped around his arms and legs. Scorpio has a habit of folding his middle and ring fingers back while keeping his index and little fingers extended, mimicking the pincer claws of a scorpion.

In contrast to his girlfriend Aquarius, Scorpio is much kinder, and much more respectful. Scorpio has a strange manner of speaking, he says "We are" in the beginning of each sentence, and refers to his sand as "our sand"

Scorpio can shoot out sand from his tail, and hes a long range fighter and can cause dust storms or sand tornadoes that will last for 5 posts.

Name of Key: Capricorn

Description: Capricorn is a tall humanoid, towering over all of his fellow guild mates, who possesses many goat-like traits: his body is covered in short, brownish white fur, with longer tufts covering his lower face, resembling a goatee, and the back of his legs, which greatly resemble those of a goat, being slightly bent backwards and ending in dark hooves. He has short, thin ears sitting on top of his head, with a distinctive, elongated oval form, and horns which curve downwards and jut frontwards framing his face. From his lower back sprouts a mildly long tail ending in a dark tuft of fur, and his fingers sport long and dark nails highly reminiscent of claws. His elongated face possesses marked cheekbones and a prominent, large nose; his eyes are always hidden away by a pair of black, mirror polished shades, which were initially portrayed as having distinct, separated lenses, with an elongated oval form, but were later given a more compact appearance, with the lenses fusing into a single one, possessing a hollowed part in order for them to rest on Capricorn’s nose. The shades, predictably, come with dark arms, which, however, aren’t shown resting anywhere, due to the Mage’s ears being elsewhere. Capricorn possesses prominent, toned abdominal's, and, while initially portrayed as lean-built, was later given a more massive, muscular appearance.

He is also very respectful as he calls everybody with the honorific "-sama". In addition, Capricorn is highly skilled in teaching others about Magic.

Capricorn is one of the strongest hand to hand combat user of all the celestial spirit and also has enhanced strength and is quite fast. He can teach magic to anyone of any magic and only requires 1 post to learn them.

Name of Key: Gemini

Description: Gemini are two individual twins of a single Celestial Spirit. They are both small alien-like creatures with sky-blue colored bodies and two antennas. They have beady eyes. They both wear shorts. Gemi has a "^" shape for a mouth, while Mini has an "v" for a mouth. Gemi has a sash running from his left shoulder to the right side of his waist, and Mini has a sash running from her right shoulder to the left side of her waist. Mini wears orange shorts while Gemi wears black. Gemi and Mini are very joyful Spirits. When waiting for orders, they dance and make funny and cute poses. They don't seem to be very shy, and they have a kind-soft heart.

The Gemini twins have the ability to transform flawlessly into anyone that they have contact with. With this, Gemini is well suited for purposes like infiltration and information gathering/retrieval. Once transformed, they will gain the transformed person's knowledge, magic and their recent thoughts (if not while they are thinking about them in real time). When they recall memories, they talk in a bullet style listing; the amount of information that they can access is, of course, limited to the knowledge that the genuine counterpart is actually aware of, and nothing more beyond that. Gemini, however, can only hold the transformation for 10 posts, and they must touch the person in order to transform. Gemini only gets half of the eternano pool of the person that they transform into, and if they expend their magic pool before the transformation is over it will be sent back to the spirit realm and cannot be summoned again for 10 posts. Gemini can only retain the capability to transform up to two people, and any more additional transformation requires them to erase the older one of the transformed forms. Gemini can also transform themselves into a near target without touching, but this restrains the appearance of the clone to the appearance that it had last time they had contact.

Name of Key: Pisces

Description: Pisces is made up by two separate entities, which, in their animal form, are huge sea creatures resembling fishes with elongated bodies similar to those of eels. Their general look is vaguely reminiscent of koi fishes'. The two of them appear from an ethereal vortex generated behind the one employing their key. Both share similar traits, possessing large, wide, open, and round eyes with dark pupils sitting at their heads' sides, and massive mouths with light, thick lips full of squared teeth. A number of fins are also present on their bodies, with a series of long, jagged ones crossing the whole length of their upper part, almost reaching up to the top of their heads, and a smaller, more squared fin located on the ends of their faces, one on each side. Their bodies are covered in lines crossing their whole length, with each line being flanked by a row of spots; more spots form a single, hinted semicircle above each eye. What distinguishes the two fish is the color: the one to the right from the portal is light and sports dark markings; the other one, on the contrary, has light markings covering its dark body. Both creatures bear the symbol associated with the constellation of Pisces on their forehead, respectively dark and light in color.

As Yukino later reveals, the Celestial Spirit's true, humanoid form is that of a mother (the light fish) and her son (the dark one). The former is a slim young woman of average height possessing long, straight and glossy dark hair, reaching down to her middle back, which is gathered above her forehead in a prominent front bun, but is left to freely flow backwards on her shoulders in two strands. She possesses slanted dark eyes, each linked to the corresponding side of her face by a linear tattoo which forks in proximity to the eye, and two dark protrusions reminiscent of membranous fins sit at her head's sides. Hers is a very curvaceous figure, with her ample breasts being hugged and partially exposed by a revealing top made of massive light scales, going from her waist to her neck while baring the central part of her torso, with shoulder pads extending on her shoulders. The woman's arms are covered by light-edged dark sleeves adorned by intricate, light decorative motifs; these very same motifs are present on her full-length, mildly loose matching pants, while her feet are covered by plain, dark open top shoes. Her forehead is adorned by a light, simple crown, bearing a massive light gem on the front. Loke, someone known for dating extremely attractive girls, went on to praise her beauty, noting how it "makes you forget she has a child". The son, on the other hand, possesses an inverted colorscheme, with his dark-skinned, toned and muscular body creating a contrast with his extremely spiky light hair, just a bit shorter than his mother's, with spikes jutting outwards even on top of his head, and a pair of short strands framing his forehead. He shares the woman's tattoos, fins and crown (which, however, true to the inverted colors, bears a dark gem), but also sports an earring shaped like a shell on each ear, and a light necklace with a similarly shaped (though larger) pendant hanging from it; he, too, wears an indument made of scales, this being a massive belt which extends downwards on his legs' sides to cover the lower part of his loose dark pants. A massive, dark ribbon is tied diagonally on the left part of his chest, going above his left shoulder in close proximity to his neck, around his wrists are massive dark bracelets with light edges (the left one of which is paired with some bandages going up the corresponding arm), and yet another bracelet, adorned by a series of dark and light triangles, is found on the boy's left bicep. Fishes' male form carries around a polearm in his right hand, this having its upper, offensive edge shaped like the Celestial Spirit's symbol

Should the two beings come in contact with water while in their humanoid form, they'd be turned into a much smaller, separate version of their animal form as a result

While Pisces is in its human form, the son seems to have a comedic habit, this being referring to as "mom" not only his mother, but also those who summoned the two of them, much to the amusement of his parent

The pair use Water Magic While in human form, Pisces use Water Magic as their primary source of combat. The mother employs this Magic as a Caster type, being able to create masses of water accompanying her motions when she kicks in order to increase the damage inflicted to the target via the blunt force of the liquid. On the other hand, the son uses it as a Holder Magic, wielding a trident to send waves focused around the weapon's tip against the opponent when he lunges at them.

Flight: While in fish form, Pisces can glide through the air and attack their opponents from above. Their main form of offense seems to consist of throwing themselves against the target at high speed, using their massive heads to inflict powerful blows. Such a rudimentary attack possesses enough force to raise large amounts of sand into the air, when the fish's strikes connect with a sandy surface. The two separate beings are capable of synchronizing their assaults, moving in unison.

Melee Combatant: While in their human form, Pisces have been shown to use melee combat techniques which come enhanced with Water Magic as their means of fighting. Their split nature allows them to combine their assaults, making them harder to avoid.

- Hand to Hand Combatant: Mother Pisces fights unarmed, and could pull a water-cloaked crescent kick with high precision.

- Spearmanship: Son Pisces has been shown handling his trident skillfully, landing quite a devastating water-imbued strike through its use

Name of Key: Ophiuchus

Description: Ophiuchus' appearance is that of an humongous snake-like creature, which, curiously enough, appears to be part organic and part mechanical in nature. The upper part of its body is covered in a series of massive dark scales, which possess prominent holes on their sides, starting as larger, with squared outer edges, getting more narrow near their centers and then enlarging again, something which makes every single hole look like a pair of rhombs joined together; the upper part of the head and the corresponding jaw are similarly colored, with the reptile possessing light pupil-less eyes, a pair of massive fangs sprouting from the jaw, thin nostrils located on the front part of its nose and a series of dark motifs adorning its forehead, above the eyes.

The lower part of Ophiuchus' body, on the other hand, is visibly technological and inorganic: its upper scales, instead of meat, appear to house a vast number of metal panels lined up one near the other, something which makes them resemble closed blinds; its lower jaw, while seemingly topped by an organic tongue (which, unlike that of normal snakes, isn't forked, as well as being notably larger in comparison to the jaw itself than normal snakes') is entirely composed of metal, with the plates composing it, replicating the form of a real jaw, having their edges covered in lines of bolts. Such artificial-looking lower jaw is connected to the upper one by six piston-like objects, three sitting at each side of the creature's mouth, while a semicircular metal section covering the lower part of its neck, almost extending up to the top, sports two round openings on each side, with a single metallic bar outlining the diameter of each hole. The lower part of Ophiuchus' metal jaw sports a massive blade with jagged edges (which, however, is relatively small in comparison to the beast itself) curving toward the creature's body, secured to the front by a protrusion, and the attached for most of its length after an hollow space. As the 13th key of the zodiac gates, Ophichius possesses a rare destructive power. It is able to release flames throughout its body, completely covering itself, or shoot them off the tip of its mouth. The fire it emits is that of S-Rank and can be a force to be dealt with. An amount of [40] magic points must be paid to release these flames.

Description: Libra is a slim, well-endowed woman with dark hair tied into two buns, and long fringes that fall into her eyes and the sides of her face. Her attire consists of a frilled and striped bikini top along with two long strips of cloth that hang from her waist and cover the front and back of her lower body. Libra's wrists, forearms, thighs and ankles are all covered in bands, ranging from thick, long bracelets to thin straps. Her neck is also concealed by a thick necklace, which starts at her collarbone and runs up to just below her chin. On her feet are a simple pair of sandals, and her head is dressed with a zig-zagged headband. Concealing Libra's lower face is another cloth, which is tied around her head, hiding the lower part of her nose and mouth.

Dangling from her hands, Libra carries a pair of scales, with thin cords running from her finger-tips to the sides of the scales, so that she holds them in an almost puppeteer-like fashion.

As a Celestial Spirit, Libra is quick to execute her contractor's orders, ready for immediate combat upon being summoned. She willingly fights for her master, and does not argue nor say anything at all when ordered.

Libra uses a type of Gravity Magic which can alter her target's gravity for a short period of time and cannot make them so light they float into space nor as heavy to kill them instantly her weight effect only lasts for 5 posts before she vanishes and cannot be summoned for 10 posts after she vanishes.

Gate of the Sun
Sol (Male)
-Absorbs and fires back a magic attack in a medium ranged circle around himself

Description: Sol is a tall and muscular red-skinned man with gold hair, worthy of commanding the planets. Using his Morning Star, he draws in magic and sends it in a 360 angle of his gravitational reach. The most powerful of all the planetary keys, Sol is a proud spirit who looks forward to a good fight any time.
However, outside of battle, Sol tends to be a jokester who seeks approval from his companions with humor (however strange or unfunny it might be). He isn't very gentle in nature, but tends to dote on his key holders like a mushy father-figure. His facial hair will change periodically with an unusual and senseless reason for it each time; for a proud spirit, he tends to dwell on how he appears to others.

Descrption: A pale skinned spirit draped in white, silver, pale blue and pale violet veil clothing. She tends to look dazed and sleepy, but is a rather quiet spirit who reflects the tone of the people around her. A rather mild tempered spirit, Luna would rather avoid combat all together if possible and can become enraged when made to fight. Using her lantern, gentle moon light can illuminate any place; her lantern is also the source of her power over icy blasts.

Description: Appearing as a ring-master for a circus with curly blond hair and bright green eyes, Mercury loves to entertain and play more than she does fighting. Mercury is arguably the most bubbly of the planetary spirits and doesn't care how often she gets summoned to the mortal world. A more social spirit, she enjoys interacting with guild mates and other docile beings. However, her dainty and sweet nature shouldn't make her opponent underestimate her and her power over perception; she's quick on her feet and quick with a spell.

Description: Venus appears as an armored mage-like spirit, almost daunting enough to rival Sol. Like her spirit rival, Venus loves a good fight, and loves to win even more. She's confident in her power and ability as a war-lord like fighter, but is also the least social of the Planetary spirits. She hates being called with no reason or outside her contract hours. She isn't the sort to chat with or ask for advice, but rather just the kind to get into a fight and leave once its done or her time is up. She's also prone to insult if she isn't the first one called into a fight.

Description: Mars is a very vain and flirtatious spirit who's main purpose is to protect and shield his owner and comrades. In terms of combat, his muscular body is all for show as he's actually rather poor at fighting--his walls are the impressive defense a celestial wizard is after, typically! However, as a solid wall, just as it shields the friend from attack it will also shield the foe. Mars is a flirt, and does so openly even in front of his owner. When a pretty girl walks by, any chance of him being serious is just about gone.

Jupiter (Female)

Description: Jupiter is usually a dark and solitary spirit. However, she's well to do when her owner needs her help. She tends to hide behind one of her brother spirits (and is intimidated by Venus easily enough) when battle is out of the way and hates direct attention. While Jupiter isn't the most powerful spirit, she is the only one known to come through her gate to aide her owner even without being summoned. On a side note, she's Sol's toughest audience member since she doesn't understand his version of humor.

Description: Like the planet's many rings, Saturn uses spin magic to catch and throw incoming objects. Fast on his feet, he can be a great asset on dry land; his fight power is drastically reduced with the drag of water or the slickness of ice. He's a rather relaxed spirit, happy to escort his owner in whatever form they desire best while taking in the sights of the mortal world. He'll definitely keep the other spirits in line if it's needed of him, but usually just lets things be right up until they get out of hand.

Description: The most curious part of Ooranos is that he has a habit of cross-dressing. With every summon there's a 50/50 chance he'll look completely different from his usual form. The second most curious part of him are the random spouts of laughter. He never takes anything seriously, and usually ends up frustrating the people around him with his pranks. The problem is that he doesn't know when to stop a joke and usually winds up in feuds with Sol.

Description: Neptune takes the form of a humanoid Kirin, seeming like a figure from greek mythology. He's a very serious spirit, but always gives encouragement and praise to whomever he is contracted with. However, he will not come during a new moon or lunar eclipse, saying that his magic is tied to the lunar phenomenon as well as his energy and mood. His personality is like a shifting tide--again, changing with the lunar cycles. The fuller the moon, the more placid and calm, but the more storm like as the moon shrinks.

Gate of the Dragon
Gonzhu (Male)

Description: A wingless, humanoid dragon, Gonzhu thrives on a fight! He is the leader of the Eastern Zodiac spirits. He's not easy to get along with--his temper is as hot as his fiery attacks! However, he's more incline to like a wizard if his girlfriend (Lucky) likes you. Gonzhu has a soft spot for his girlfriend and refuses to fight her or do anything to make her unhappy (which is hard enough to do with a hound). They've been dating for the last forty years, and although he is a "dragon"--and Lucky looks more like a knight in armor--he claims that Lucky is his powering rival, second strongest to himself. More often than not, he'll snob off his key owner if he's pulled away from Lucky (with the exception of being taunted or challenged by a powerful foe), thus his availability is constantly changing.

Description: Of all the spirits, silver or gold key, Sho is the smallest one! Smaller than a nikora by 1/8 of an inch. His size makes him a hard target to hit, but his herculean strength is the primary reason for the desire to possess his key. Easy to take to, Sho is resilient even to mistreatment. His normal contract is 1 day a year where he will not come when summoned, regardless of situation--no one knows why.

Description: Bunny is a relatively shy spirit who's personality closely resembles Aries of the classic zodiac. She has a tendency to apologize whenever she fights someone--and for no reason at all some times--leading her to be called the most sensitive of the Eastern spirits. Her primary fighting style is direct meele, similar to palm magic: putting her magic into her feet rather than her hands. With long rabbit ears, a rabbit tail and legs, she's a little awkward looking.

Description: Viper is a very aggressive spirit who uses poison magic in her hands to inflict physical and status damage. She is relentless in a fight, often going too far for victory. Like any viper, she's as beautiful as she is deadly. One more thing: She's Gonzhu's ex-girlfriend and holds a grudge against him and Lucky, thus she tends to not get along with them or their associates.

Description: Yu is a seemingly lazy spirit when first summoned--usually because she always gets called in the middle of a nap. When she wakes up entirely, her personality lights right up and shows the playful side of her. She looks like a young girl, though that may just be her preferred form on account of her three modes (play time, nap time, snack time). While "fighting" she playfully casts out sleep charms to put the foe in slumber for escapes. Also known to come without being called, she loves being in the living world when there's a sweet or tart dessert involved. She loves to meet up with people, but has been known to put her owner into a slumber if she feels that she's being treated unfairly.

Description: Tai Long is a serious spirit, willing to go the extra mile while pretending he had his arm twisted into doing it. His fight style is more practical over direct, using his roar to disorientate up to three foes for a moment before charging in with his palm magic. His physical stats make this magic ideal for him. He's more incline to train his owner for the best chance of victory; be it in martial arts or meditation. He does secretly have a crush on another spirit (which he lets slip out once in a while) but no one seems to know who it is! Talking about it makes him flustered and the typical response you can hear is "how annoying..."

Description: Li is very proud of his power--despite dressing like a giant blue ox. Get him on any type of solid earth/rock, and it'll be like fighting a land slide! He's brilliant when it comes to molding hard rock into something useful. However, his big body and big head come with a bigger ego that needs constant feeding. Take the ego out of the equation, and you have a very relaxed celestial spirit! He takes care of business but never treats anything too seriously (or too jokingly). He's usually the sort who hangs out if he doesn't have to fight--silly as he may look, he never takes off that blue ox costume.

Description: Shagu is a known prankster, though most of his pranks are harmless and don't make much sense. He loves a good laugh--a favorite being the look on an enemy's face when their spell is either nulled or sent right back at them. With gold and brown fur and a blue colored face, he's called himself the king of comedy--always with a happy look, and actually kind of cute. Compared to other Eastern spirits, he's easy to get along with and always happy to lend a hand.

Description: Buck is actually an armored centaur with a wild attitude. His greatest and most dangerous attribute is his stampeding that plows through just about everything (and sometimes his owner). There's a reason he's named "Buck": he'll throw off anyone who tries to ride him! Like Su, he leaves a destructive mess behind him. Taming him is actually a little easy: apples. He'll do anything for anything with apples (tarts, pies, apple wedges...) and will go on a rampage when someone takes his apple treat away.

Description: Perhaps one of the more frustrating spirits, Su is a very large man with pig ears and tail who's favorite pass time is making any woman uncomfortable when he flirts with them. Really! Any woman! He's a stereo typical pig in every euphemism possible! His magic, while powerful and filthy, is easily thwart by sand, ice, and water magic. He's not always focused and is very food orientated. His owner might have a better time promising him a buffet after a fight, but be ready to pay the price of that! He makes a mess just about every where he goes, and so it's hard to tell who's more frustrated with him in the end: allies or foes.

Description: Like any dog, Lucky is extremely loyal; thus it's hard for her to transition from one owner to the next. Unlike Gonzhu (her boyfriend of forty years), Lucky is very protective of her owner and will even come uncalled if she has even the slightest feeling of Danger. Her magic is a rudimentary form of requip, so her weapon and armor form are based on her owner's personality (the more light hearted, the brighter and lighter the armor ; the more wicked at heart, the heavier and darker the armor) however, only the aesthetic is affected by this. In her status, her weaponry skill and speed are at the highest. She cannot use any formal magic like Gonzhu can, but acts as the faithful protector for close combat. However, when called away mid date with her boyfriend, she will show some melancholy for it (and even whimper a complaint).

Description: Ji Chi has a plethora of chicken and super hero costumes, making him one of the quirkiest (if not strangest) spirits in the Eastern Zodiac. More often than not, he'll goof around more than Shagu the Monkey. Every fight is more like watching a grown man act like a child reenacting his favorite super hero cartoons. He'll take easily to new key owners, but his kung-pow-chicken style isn't the most reliable. Command is just about futile with his erratic behavior.

Gate of the Bear
Ulfric (male)

Description: Pick on someone your own size? What's bigger than the king bear--who also uses titan magic!? Ulfric is very boastful about his power, using his size to overcome any obstacle. He's not one to be taken lightly or pushed around (unless his owner is small and cute). As the leader of the Native Keys, he puts his fellow spirits' well being before his own, and his key owner second. He's brilliant with strategy, and not so much on anything else. Though, he treats the twin fawns like a beloved niece and nephew, having compassion and fondness for them. His not-so-secret love affairs with other celestial spirits and his loud manner make him a fun party animal, but annoying when it calls for quiet or discretion. He has a nasty habit of coming uncalled and lounging around uselessly, simply because he's bored in the spirit world.

Description: Perhaps one of the least powerful of the native keys, River will fight the current in battle and go with the flow otherwise. As far as native spirits go, he's very lax and easy to get along with. He very relaxed, and is one of the few (if only) water based spirits that doesn't need water to be summoned. He's easy going like that. River is also clever, looking at the situation at hand and thinking of how to use what he has to make the best--even suggesting to trade places with a different spirit for the better outcome.

Description: Coyote is a trickster, constantly skulking in the shadows and striking when it is most opportunistic. And everyone has a shadow... She treats fights more like games, and goes out of her way to annoy the target before using their own shadow against them. Outside a fight, she has a great sense of humor, and laughs things off easily. She has some wisdom to her, and a keen nose for deceit--it's hard to trick a master trickster. The wisdom delivered by the coyote spirit animal is rarely direct. The way of the coyote is to teach through ways that do not appear straightforward. she may also use subterfuge or trickery to reach its goal or deliver the message. What might seem like a wild goose chase actually carries value and a lesson learned to make someone both stronger and wiser.

Description: Hawk is a most unpleasant Spirit, feeling his place in the zodiac was made unfair. With Native Celestial Spirits, it's always been a compitition to see who should be the leader--Hawk always comes in second. His power to transform the landscape is actually fitting--condors are found in all parts of the world. He strikes while the iron is hot, and takes action in what must be done; usually preferring to do it alone. He'll fight to the bitter end is he has to. Outside of battle, he's easily irritated and hard to get along with. Given enough time, persistence, and luck, Hawk might warm up a little but remains ever short fused.

Description: The saw and the hammer don't actually do anything. Beaver has a speech impediment, making it hard to understand him--but has keen insight when it comes to structure and architecture! He knows when a building will collapse or when the ground will give way in a moment's glance. This keen sense makes him handy to have when in mines or questionable places. He a bit of a geek in his personality, and a know-it-all when it comes to building and wood. His thick glasses and bucked teeth make him look feeble, but his molding magic is formidable!

Description: The twins dress up in deer pajamas, making them ADORABLE! Though, united, their power can be made great. Any seedling can have its growth accelerated into something useful: an oak sapling made into a sturdy tree-bridge, a morning glory made into a shielding wall. However, there is a draw: unlike plant magics, which the user may summon or cast seeds, green magic is completely reliant on the environment around them. No plants means no magic. They behave like children (they are) and so they're an odd pair when compared to other zodiac spirits.

Description:Most spritely of the Native Spirits, his energy and need to go faster seems endless! Despite being a bird boy, he howls out like a dog almost every summon. And even though his magic isn't the most impressive, he has the uncanny nature to ignore other speed or slowing magics. This aptitude gains him a place in the zodiac. If he were more powerful, he could have easily been made leader of the Native Zodiac! However, his current prowess is rather meager, having only the nask to ignore the speed changes around him as his strong suit. However, despite his high strung personality, he managed to find a friend and rival in Rattler; the two are always competing, and get along rather well in spite of their differences.

Description: Salmon's swords leave the icy chill of the sea on the target. As long as there's water under her feet, her speed is impressive. Her moods typically shift with temperature, being better in colder climates and groggy to grumpy in hotter climates. She loves jokes, riddles, and crosswords (though she's not at all good with them). Having little to do with magical power, her swords are the pride or her gold status--freezing everything the blades touch. Electric, focused, intuitive, and wholly creative, Salmon is a real live-wire in battle; A natural motivator, Salmon's confidence and enthusiasm is easily infectious. If nothing more, she calls up for pride and courage when despair starts to take hold--all her best speeches can be found in heroic books; just ask Rattler. Rattler and salmon have a close friendship.

Description: The story of Raven is a sad one. When the sun had fallen, the world went ablaze; the Raven, who had a beautiful rainbow of color to her wings and the most pleasant voice, scooped up the flames and flew them high to restore the sun--for none flew higher than the Raven. But in returning the sun's fire, her feathers were charred and her voice turned to a terrible wheeze. But, pleased with her valiant effort, the spirit king gave her the gift of thunder--for nothing else in the world moved faster. Raven is typically a gloomy sort of spirit, moody really. She dislikes social gatherings of any kind and prefers to be alone as much as she can. Several spirits might recall when she was lively and young--having grown bitter since losing her voice. She can still talk! She just always sounds rasp with smoke in her breath.

Rattler (Male)
-Sound magic

Description: Rattler is an old fashioned gunslinger; only, instead of guns and bullets, it's an ear splitting sound when the draw is called. You can always tell when he's excited just by how loudly he hisses. He calls for "cool" one liners as he's summoned or right after the fight is done. Rather than spurs on his boots, are rattle snake tail ends--making the iconic sound with every step. Fun fact: he knows the ending to every western story there is (including the romance ones). Which is probably where he gets his ever changing catch phrases. Rattler also has an unknown reason for getting along well with just about every spirit.

-Very knowledgeable and wise

Description: Grand Owl is one of the more passive fighters in the Native Zodiac. While his celestial magic of heavenly body is powerful, he prefers not to fight. Thus, his contract is very limited to the days he's available for fighting. He's sarcastic, wise, and blunt, but good if you have any questions. He knows of every spell, every potion, every creature, and every greater moment of history. So, he gets annoyed when he's called just to be pestered with direction asking or obsessive stalking.

Description: Mallard isn't the brightest when it comes to Celestial Spirits. If it wasn't for his powerful bombardment attacks, he may have been just another silver key. He stays in his duck cosplay at all times (the leek is just a leek; it has no special properties to it). When using his water bomb, he's engulfed in water before launching upward to slam back down to earth (and the foe); when using his air bomb, he's engulfed in a strong wind before launching upward to slam back down to earth. If ever you ask him anything, don't expect a serious answer (or a good answer for that matter). He gets by on sheer dumb luck.

Description: Considered the Prince Protector of the living world, he is the lord of the druid spirits and their more earthen talents. With long brown hair, a humble crown of antlers rests atop his head. The rest of him looks distinctly human. His uncanny power to take weapons and items from the spirit world is the reason why he is considered the most powerful of the druid spirits. He has a love for the mortal world and has deemed himself its protector against any threat to it. He will push to his absolute limit when the security of the earthen world is at steak. He also holds a tenderness for tame and gentle guild wizards, considering them to be the inheritors of the world and convinced that only a pure heart can keep balance and peace.

Description: Frost is the embodiment of winter for the druid spirits. Perfectly adapt to the cold, her snow flurries are powerful attacks, leaving her claws at second best. While fierce in a fight, she's typically quiet and docile when her surroundings are calm--when everyone is riled up, she can't help but want to join in. Her attacks always leave a chance for freezing status to be inflicted. She has a strong resistance to cold magic and moves silently wherever she goes.

Description: Despite his magic, Adder is actually a very compassionate spirit. When it comes to a fight, he usually starts off with warning lashes to deter the feud all together; however, he still fights when he must. In battle, his weapon isn't the most damaging, but it's the poison effect and quickness of it that is sought after. His range reaches up to 25ft, and his Indiana Jones look isn't just a fashion statement--he's very precise with a whip in hand. Each strike is just as quick as a snake going for a killing bite!

Description: Kitsune is a sassy flirt of a celestial spirit. She tries to play off her mimicry as something cute while in a fight. This inconsistency of personality makes Kitsune hard to describe; what she likes one day can change within a few days following. The one thing she definitely dislikes is entering a fight where there is no magic for her to copy. However, she's limited to copying one magic a day; thus 24 hours are needed for her magic to reset.

Description: Loth is a rather mellow spirit in comparison to his druid class spirits. Having six stomachs, he's often summoned in the middle of chewing on something. Like the woolliest of Yaks, his hair is endless, acting as his weapon and his shield. He is able to absorb water and heat (not fire) easily with his hair. His expressions and personality are very stoic, rare to show joy or aggression. He is highly intuitive and has an uncanny eye for spotting liars quickly; though he seldom speaks, once his mind is made up, he is stubborn to move from it.

Description: Herodes has earned himself the nick name the make-do spirit from his work to try and make do with what he has--summoned from a puddle, he'll pull in a tide to drown out his foe or trap them in a relentless whirlpool; sinking to the bottom of the sea, and he'll move the water for a shallow place to recover. The bottom half of him is a blue-sea-horse-tail and the top is a man, his back lined with spines. His command of the sea is unmatched as far as spirits go, and proclaims that he is the soul embodiment of the living sea. He will defend most fervently when it comes to a threat against the ocean

-Wields Crossbow for Arrow Magic

Description: It's not so much that Wren is magical as much as her cross bow is. It's arrows cut through ranged spells when flying at the target! Typically, in a fight, she keeps to the air to try forcing out ranged attacks. Close combat is not her strong suit, which is why she keeps to the air where she has time to counter. When in battle, her personality turns sour and vengeful--having a bitter history with the living world (marked by scars on her neck, back, and thigh)--especially towards lost magic users. Outside of a fight when summoned, she seems lost and confused about her calling or what it is she's supposed to do.

Description: Why does a druid spirit have a southern accent? For the same reason he looks like a general with horse print on everything! Like any hyped up, muscle bound, jar-head, Sarge has a fondness for the machines that go boom on the battle field. While odd that he's found with the druid spirits (who consider their zodiac to be the defenders of the living and natural world), he's handy to have when under heavy fire. Sometimes. He may boast about being a great tactician, but his plans hardly fall into place--seeming more like over eccentric fantasies rather than usable strategy--due to his aggressive and illogical tendencies. This leads him to be distracted by vehicles and guns magic users, while becoming (overly) frustrated with bullet magic users. He claims it takes all the fun out of it. His gun choice changes every fight, with no rhyme or reason for his choice, but can only use one gun per fight.

Gate of the Giant Cod

Description: Rather than a singular being, Dagon is several spiritual fish that school together to form the shape of one greatly large cod. Much like water droplets, they can separate, but always come back to one united entity. Dagon claims itself to be the conscience of the sea. And while it would have been ideal to pair Dagon with Herodes, the two rarely ever agree on what to do (probably too many minds). Dagon prefers to avoid the enemy first, and allow them to wear theselves out while conserving energy. Always, each of them council each other on the next move. However, this does not give might to Dagon as a spirit; in comparison, Dagon is considered rather limited as a druid spirit.

Description: Odette is one of the gentlest spirits, unable to use combat skills at all. In place of it, she is a spirit of healing, having mastered the lost art; though, it wasn't really a lost art when she was born and learned its properties. She has a lonely disposition, and so she apologizes constantly to her owner if her healing wasn't quick enough and for her absolute lack of offensive skill. Gentle and shy, she is the spirit of earthy healing and hope. Her healing ability spreads to all living things: human, animal, and plant. Should her owner have stores of magic, she could revive an entire forest.

Description: Odeal is a more proper warrior, proclaiming herself to be the protector of the sky and new born breeze. With her sword, she unleashes powerful wind magic; with her shield, she calls a wind to help deflect an attack and blow it away. Refined and noble, sometimes she is mistaken as detached; that "coolness" comes from the swan's understanding of composure. She is serene and elegant as a swan, even in battle, but has been known to refuse a fight if she believes it will harm the natural world. That said, she has also refused to fight anyone she feels is too weak to stand much of a chance.

Description: Butterflies live short lives, traveling long distances guided only by instinct. They color the world and leave behind wonder in their wake. Viceroy declares herself to be the guardian of life's natural cycle. Her fairy magic is the ideal match for herself. While she takes in a fondness for all small life, she's also a social butterfly herself, fluttering from one person to another. She's adorned in butterflies and flowers, almost like a walking garden, and has an agreeable personality to compliment it.

Description: While most Druid Spiris consider themselves as the guardians of the living world, the Twin Wolves see themselves as its avengers. Cruel and spiteful, they have a strong sense of purpose, and will go to great lengths to see their point is made, and fully understood. No matter how small and irrelevant that point is. They rarely compromise, will not back down, and they will take no quarter; they thrive on challenge, that's what gives them their stamina.

However, all magic must be forfeited to the forge master; not a spirit to be summoned in battle or practice, recovery time is needed for the mage and more time is needed for the weapon to be forged. The trade off being that the weapon may have 2 magic properties to it.


Gate of the Clock
Horologium
-Horologium is a tall brown grandfather clock with long, black arms, a glass case, a roman-numeral clock at the center and a small face at the top with slit eyes and a thin, twirly, mustache-like mouth. The glass case serves as protection for the one who is inside. This case prevents anyone outside from hearing what the person inside is saying, so Horologium repeats everything the person inside says and then follows with a "...he/she says." Little is known about his individual personality, as he only repeats what his owners say. It is clear though, that he deeply cares for his owner, and even his owner's friends, as he has a habit of forcefully summoning himself to protect them. Horologium can transport there masters so they don't have to walk and can protect his master from 1 attack once that is S-Rank and lower and makes them disappear after use.

Gate of the Compass
Pyxis
-A key to Pyxis' gate eventually came to the possession of Celestial Spirit Mage, Lucy Heartfilia who formed a contract with it, the details of which are unknown. At the Sky Labyrinth, during the preliminary round of the X791 Grand Magic Games, Pyxis is summoned by Lucy who instructs it to direct them to the east, in order to get to Domus Flau. Pyxis points towards east and the group follows its direction but the group quickly finds themselves lost as navigating the labyrinth isn't such a simple job. Pyxis is capable of finding any location the user wishes to go to.

Gate of the Southern Cross
Crux
-It is unknown if Crux can be used for combat purposes. However, it is known that Crux has the ability to search for information about Celestial Spirits and their owners by sleeping, though he's forbidden to reveal too much, as one's activities are still a private matter in the Spirit World. Crux can tell the owner of his key where other keys can be found but not the owners.

-Lyra appears to be a young girl. She has waist length hair that curls at the end, and wears a pink bonnet on top of her head. Her cheeks have round blush marks, and she wears a long dress with heart prints by her waist. She wears leather shoes as well. She has small white wings and a large harp on her back. She is a very happy spirit, especially when she is summoned. She is also very intelligent in Magic such as when she explains what Moon Drip is. Lyra plays music that can resemble what people are feeling in song. She can also identify any magic and tell her own what it does and how it works.

Gate of the Chisel
Caelum
-Caelum, at its default form, is shaped like a ball with a halo-like circle at top. It is made of metal and has lines tracing around its shape. The center of Caelum's default body is in a darker shade of gray than the rest of its body and there is a small white circle with a smaller light green circle inside. Caelum can expand its body so that it takes on different forms (sword, flight and cannon are so far the only known forms), but the main circle from its default body remains. Caelum can turn into a sword to be wielded by its master. It can also turn into a cannon that can shoot out beams of light at the opponents and a miniature flying robot that can fire beams of light.
