Current Gaia Annual User-Run Ball Deadlines

May 1st: Room Plots

All rooms must have their room plot rough drafts sent to Annual ball for approval and critique, please make sure to work with the main plot or you will risk your room plot being denied and having to re-write it.

June 1st: Co-Host Application Cut-off

Co-Host applications will be processed up until this date.

August 1st: Art & Graphics

All art and graphics for rooms must be finalised or near completion by this date, so as to avoid any unnecessary strain on artists and designers.

September 24th - 27th: The Ball!
