UPCOMING DEADLINES

March 17, 2016
The Room Hosts and Committee Heads will have a meeting on this date at 8pm EST.
This will allow us to discuss the annual ball and what date will work best for all room hosts and secondaries. If you absolutely cannot make a certain date, or just have some general preferences, you need to let me know BEFORE March 17th.

April 2, 2016
The AURB overall plot will be PM'd to Annual Ball for final approval.

May 1, 2016
All rooms must have their room plot drafts sent to Annual Ball for approval and critique.
The plot must tie in with the overall plot, or it may be rejected.

Current Deadlines as of 08/04/2016 (GMT+10)

May 1st: Room Plots

All rooms must have their room plot rough drafts sent to Annual ball for approval and critique, please make sure to work with the main plot or you will risk your room plot being denied and having to re-write it.

June 1st: Co-Host Application Cut-off

Co-Host applications will be processed up until this date. If you apply after June 1st, your application will not be processed under any circumstance.

August 1st: Art & Graphics

All art and graphics for rooms must be finalised or near completion by this date, so as to avoid any unnecessary strain on artists and designers.
