It is here where every player is equal; anyone can come out lucky, and anyone can receive the worst of luck. That 30% of skill you have been relying on for regular battles won't help you here. General Rules ~
1. This format is Showdown exclusive. A meeting will take place with the jotted participants before the scheduled battle. All participants must pay 3 BP per entry.
2. Battle style is STRICTLY inverse battles (because Showdown doesn’t have rotation battles).
3. Like in the Battle Factory (but not really), the held items and Pokemon will be randomized. However, the tier level will NOT be randomized. So anything goes.
4. A “card” rule will also be enforced. Who gets what will be decided during the meeting with the participants. “l -Crimson B- l” will decide who gets what via a numerical randomizer in Excel set between 1 and 11. The following is what can happen based upon the number obtained (click the spoiler button):
1 = Toxic Burden (A Pokemon selected by the player having this card MUST hold a Toxic Orb) 2 = Flame Burden (A Pokemon selected by the player having this card MUST hold a Flame Orb) 3 = Lagger (A Pokemon selected by the player having this card MUST hold a Lagging Tail) 4 = Redo (The player holding this can re-randomize 1 Pokemon, even those who aren’t his/hers) 5 = Iron Burden (A Pokemon selected by the player having this card MUST hold an Iron Ball) 6 = Glutton (All Pokemon on the player’s team must hold a Berry instead. No duplicates allowed.) 7 = Itemless (All Pokemon on the player’s team loses their items) 8 = De-evolve (One Pokemon on the player’s team must de-evolve. Has no effect if the whole team is non-evolution or is consisting of Stage 1 Pokemon, such as Charmander) 9 = Evolve (One Pokemon on the player’s team must evolve. Has no effect if the whole team is non-evolution or is already fully evolved) 10 = Ring of Fate (A Pokemon must hold a Ring Target. Which Pokemon is selected is up to the holder of this card) 11 = JOKER (The fate of the holder of this card is left up to “l -Crimson B- l”. Hehehe…)
5. Each participant will also bet their BP against each other. Minimum BP to be bet is 6. There is no maximum. The winner will keep his/her BP and the opponent’s bet BP while the loser loses all BP that was bet.
