Brief Character Description: Frostbite is a stubborn yet very hard worker. The pony mainly likes to live in cold places where there is plenty of snow or very high elevation (ex: Mountains).

Also to let you know that the G4/Phonyland style doesn't have any gradients or soft edges, so all the tipping on body and hair would be done hard-edged, without any soft gradients. The edges would be hard and probably jagged to mimick the way you have them right now. As such, we'd only use two colours that you have on your body swatches, blue and white, unless you specifically request that there are two distinct 'layers' of tipping, like the hair.
For the eyes, if you look at normal Phonies, the eye colouring style is that we use one colour, and gradient it from dark (top) to light (bottom). If you specify two colours, this will count as a non-normative eye gradient of two different colours. And if you'd rather it look exactly like your art - the darker shade as a ring around the pupil, and the ligher shade as another ring - it will also be non-normative.
Since the body tipping and hair tipping pattern will already be non-normative, you probably don't have to worry too much about that.
But for his eyes, I'd need to know if you'd like to: 1. give us ONE eye colour and let us gradient it as usual, 2. have a two-colour gradient or 3. have distinct rings of eye colour around his pupil.
