• Personality: A rather sweet girl, Kira is only hard on trainers she meets. She is rather kind to her pokemon, careful to never push them past their limits. Most the time with normal people, she is also a kind soul, helping out the young and old alike, doing her best to be a good person. Trainers, she will be tougher on when she goes to battle them. But she is only tough to help make them stronger. Once she had shown them where their weaknesses are, she normally tells them how to get over those weaknesses.
• Biography: Kira was born into a family that loved her and supported all of her decisions. She grew up around Pokemon and wanted to be able to enjoy having them as friends. She even went as far as to always help out in the Pokemon center when she had the free time. So when she was old enough to be able to become trainer, that is what she did. Her starting Pokemon was an unusual choice, bred from her normal activities in the center. She had always helped watch over dragon type pokemon, and had developed a strong bond with an Axew. So when it came time for her to choose her starting Pokemon, she found Axew leaping into her arms, and he wasn't taking no for an answer. So he became her first partner. When she called her grandparents to tell them, they revealed that they had a surprise and transferred her over a Shiny Skitty. Happy and elated, she promised to take good care of her and that she would work hard. And that is exactly what she did. She started to go around every region, studying the training techniques of the previous Dragon Trainers who had become a part of the legends, taking what she read and applying it to her own training regiment, finding different dragon type friends along the way. She developed a strong bond with all of her pokemon, and so when it came time for the new Elite's of Pluto region to be figured out, she was right on top of it, fighting her way all the way to the top, being named number 4 and strongest of the Elite's. Of course she called her family again, letting them know the good news. She found her cousin Kia as excited as she was, and she found out that she was her cousins inspiration for being a trainer, and hopes that she can see her succeed.
