Reason for Joining: Mainly curiosity about what lays beyond his home. He isn't certain whether he regrets this decision or not.
Where plan to Join: Right after the crew sets off at the beginning. Rio lives in a swamp right next to the water tribe so it shouldn't be too hard to recruit him.
Plan for Leaving?: At the end of part 1.
Reason for Leaving? They'll be at the water tribe and he'll feel he's explored enough for a while and just won't be returning to the party. This might change depending on rp but for now I'll set that as the point he leaves the group.

Where plan to Join: While the group is Enroute to the Dark tribe, he'll come across them and join.

Reason for Joining: Ominotago has a beautiful singing voice and wishes to share it. That means she needs to leave her home and family and travel. But she doesn't want to do it alone and also wishes to make friends.
Where plan to Join: The start since she's a water tribe.
Plan for Leaving?: She'll probably follow since there are plans to return to the water tribe.
