Gwen's spotted ears twitched when another fellow entered the room. He had the smell of bird on him, raven it seemed, but she said nothing to him but instead gave a slight nod in his direction. When Hannah called her mom, Gwen smiled and her pointed canines were bared. Mom it was, she thought as emotions of happiness washed over the ones of uneasiness.
The teacher then praised her for being the first who was actually understanding of authority and she chuckled and nodded to him. She rather hoped it a him, seeing as she doubted it had a gender seeing as it was a stuffed animal. That was also rather interesting, she thought but was soon brought out of it as the teacher gave them their first instruction of the day. She didn't know what he meant by being in their nature, and she rather didn't feel all that up to chasing down her teammate. It was also because...
As Mihuna spoke, and Hannah dashed off, Gwen looked to him and said, "I suppose we are the ones who must hunt her down. We seem to be the only predators here, though I will fight my nature and hunt with you."
She turned toward the new arrival, and smiled kindly. "What animal are you, dear? We must hunt with or for you depending."

Netami said not a word, but simply spread his magnificent white wings, at the teacher's orders, and ascended into the heavens. He didn't see the newcomer until he was already high in the sky, and he was glad he did not have to speak to them. He rather hated speaking to others when he could help it, but also because he didn't want his wonderful mood he was in for a change.
Still, he thought, I should go help my other prey. It wasn't hard finding her, not from his vantage point, and he tilted his wings slightly so that he could descend quickly. Getting above her, flying slightly slower so he wasn't going exuberently faster than the land-trapped animal, he waved.
"Ther's a grove over there you can hide in," he yelled over the wind, pointing to his right.

Hannah Ryder Storm Horse of Team ApocalypseHannah kept on the grassier parts of the land in order to hide her footprints. She looked around, her ears flickering at every sound. Horses truly did better in a herd. She looked up when she heard someone speaking to her. She tilted her head over to him before trotting over to the grove, peeking inside. She had to see if there was a place out in case she got trapped. She looked over at Netami, she was grateful for the help, but what was the catch?

Feeling the same disorientating weightlessness of the warping portal, the dark-winged teen clumsily flapped against the empty space. Although it was brief, she felt no tension fighting against her, making her feel panicked in such stagnancy; atleast when walking she could feel the ground beneath her feet, but flying through it felt as though she would drift into nothingness if she didn't keep her eyes tethered to the other side. 'Never gonna get used to these..' she thought through her grimace, but drew in a breath of relief as a light of scenery engulfed her.
She could feel a faint breeze catch in the curve of her wings before she adjusted herself, slowly taking in the ethereal environment around her. It looked and felt organic, yet also otherworldy in the fact that it seemed to go on for miles. Seeing such an expanse made her wings ache to cover the distance seeing as her playtime moments before had been cut short. If it wasn't for the fact that something seemed to pull her there, she almost grieved of the thought of potentially having missed such a beautiful place. But exactly what pulled her there in the first place was another question.
'Another place to practice and stuff, maybe?' A gentle smile spread across her visage as the shadow of her prominent form stretched across the grassy space below; even though she had dismissed the announcement of class starting hours before and the tribal man's demands, it was almost hilarious as to how she unknowingly stumbled into her classroom on a whim. The blonde could then feel the breeze shifting as it whipped her ashen locks around her slender form; er sapphire orbs slowly scanned the horizon with titillating curiosity and scattered forms in the distance soon caught her attention.
Then suddenly, a scent. A gentle scent, almost citric in a way. Netami's scent; she had only just taken it in shortly before, so it was impossible to mistake, right? Taking note of the forms below as nothing more than students playing amongst the training area, Aria's gaze darted across the sky as her wings violently began to tear through the air much like a predator chasing her prey, though she was honestly just excited.
What were the chances that she would find him again in such a place! She didn't even take into account that they might've just shared classes together being two of the winged animal auras, so that would be pleasant to hear later. But pleasant realizations aside, the dark-winged girl barreled through the air in search of her ivory counterpart, beaming as she began the game of chase they had abandoned earlier unbeknownst to him. Maybe he'd like that, right?
To any outsider, or rather unfortunate students deemed 'prey' below, her ominous hurdling form almost seemed threatening as her delighted smile could've been misconstrued as an unsavory thrill for the hunt. But again, just excited. Her only clue to the boy's whereabouts as of then (aside from his scent) was the distant streak of white vanishing beneath the canopy of a grove, but it was much too far away for her to be sure for even her eyes.
Aria then hesitantly lurched to a stop, wincing a bit as her wings abruptly tilted and ceased against the current before taking on an idle hover several feet above the ground. "M-..Maybe it..wasn't.." She had been more or less blind to the creatures around her amidst her chase, or even the fact that her own teacher was around, though it didn't take long for her to catch onto the odd behaviour of the scurrying students below. The open space suddenly made her feel exposed, embarrassed to even have been so brash as to chase after a phantom of a person -- a scent. She had been seen, not that it mattered here, but the reflex to turn tail and disappear was quickly creeping up on her the more she stayed put in the air.

"Um... I am a cat," she paused for a while,"if you can call me that." A slight giggle escaped her mouth. She was a cat, just not a fully matured one. "Am I a pray or hunter then?" she moved her confused eyes away from her teacher and looked at the older looking female, in quite the fancy clothing at least for Mabel's style. This whole situation was unusual to her, as she was hearing all kinds of noises with her cat-like hearing. If her kitty ears were out they would twitch a little at the arrival of someone new, though no one could be seen on the ground level, so most likely that someone was up in the sky.

 ❁Walking with the stride of a lost wanderer ,Jonathan continued to look for his way to the classroom of all beasts and beings that possessed wild traces. It would be strange to find himself suiting into a class filled with the usually common species of animal auras, only in few situation had he seen a being connected to a croc or similar like he is to the prehistoric creature. Fortunately for his knowledge, the way to the classroom door was soon revealed by a corridor. Curious about what kind of room would be able to withstand such a vast choice of students and animals, Crown didn't take long to open the door and walk in with a confident step.
At first, the male was taken back by the sheer size of the area. It had all you would expect to find in the wild kingdom, like all forms of grass, soil, water, it was truly a heaven for his kind. The best of all? Several areas to hide himself in and chill. Or even hunt, if necessary, but he had nothing against hunting down a fellow classmate if that was asked of him. He was a machine built for that by the forces of nature, after all. With the image and feeling from the land entirely processed into his basic mind, Jonathan began to look for their teacher and find out what the first lesson was, despite being quite late already. Soon enough, a interesting shape came into view from high above. It looked like a.. doll? Perhaps it was a way for the teacher to communicate with the students, and therefore worthy of respect by the Swamper. Having the spirit of quite the silent animal, Jonathan kept his silent deep as he just observed the teacher, simply waiting to be noticed and called out for his lack of time keeping. The usual for a teacher, by what he knew. Next, instructions would be given and any doubt cleared. Although it was possible to see that changing forms was to be expected as he could see people in the distance that held obvious traces of their respective animal. As the anxiety of her exposure began to flood her veins, the blonde's body began to react on its usual reflex of retreating. Her teal optics looked to the grove in which she thought she had seen Netami, but eventually turned tail with a powerful thrust towards the portal she had entered before.
The day had come to an end, or rather, the heaviness she felt on her lids made it all too clear. However after today's events, she welcomed some rest. Or maybe even a bit of food.

She smiled kindly, inviting anyone who wanted to to follow her as she walked out of the room.

His eyes turned lazily toward a strange image, his words forgotten to the horse-girl. When the announcement came loud and clear into the classroom, the boy shrugged, uncaring of the sudden dismissal. He hadn't realized he had been in the class for so long.
Without even a wave towards the girl he had just been talking to, Netami flew out of the room slowly.

Kero, though he had sounded to demanding and harsh, was really quite slack. As soon as the immediate students went off, he found himself a place in a tree where he fell asleep continued to watch them in peace. A few more students filed in, but even then it was only after the school bell rang that he woke up, finding perhaps only one student left in plain view. Bleary eyed and back to being irritable, he pounced off the tree branch and flew towards the new student. His beady black eyes narrowed in approval, zooming past and around Jonathan Crown as he inspected him. "Good job kid, you're passed late." He yawned, settling in a space about two feet in front of the boy and scratching his cloth belly. "You smell like swamp. Or sea water. I don't know, it stinks like a lizard. First lesson, act like an animal. That's your homework or whatever." He yawned lazily, not really giving a horse's fiddle that he skipped his own classwork for the sake of a nap.
"If you want extra lessons whatever, just remember to bring me some sweets or somethin' for payment." He ordered, then got a good look at the boy's actual features. "You're technically excused, but if you actually want to know what I know then you're free to hang." He said, then promptly turned on his heel in the air and floated towards the basket by the pristine lake in the middle of the meadow. In it was an iceblock, a pudding and a spoon, along with a few other assorted items Kero thought were important to have on hand, such as duct tape, nail clippers, and chalk. Being a stuffed animal, he didn't really have a head for "proper" learning, and went at it however he saw fit.
