Character is fine but you need to pick a favorite stat still. Also please note that his abilities won't give him any sort of advantage in the maze o3o)/ Aka, no additional moves, higher ACC (unless thats the stat you chose), more hits, etc...
Added it in as Dex. Yeah I wasn't thinking I could use powers in it, lol.
