Elliyon is a completely free spirit. She's often unfocused and in another place, even when people are talking to her. She has different personalities for the different voices in her head. Primarily, there are three. One, being her natural self, where she is kinda, loving, and inquisitive. Her natural beauty shows with her loving manner and her gentility are for practically everyone. She is forgiving and hard working in this form. Although, she is quite insecure, given her awareness of her own mental instability and appearance to others. Her second, is where she is absentminded and childlike. This is most common for her when she slips personalities, as she asks many questions and cries when she doesn't get what she wants. She sometimes needs more concentration and attention when in this personality. The third, is the darkness that is vindictive and dangerous. She becomes sneaky, cruel, and volatile. This is when she commits most of her acts of violence. Contrary to the other two forms of her personality, this third aspect is generally all consuming and leaves her remembering nothing as this "person" of a personality manifests and takes over.
❋ Ⅰ : ᴍʏ sᴛᴏʀʏ ❋ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
It started when two dragons fell in love. Their love was something special, all consuming almost. One was a Prince, in search of a Queen, and the other was a beautiful maiden looking for something a little more in life. It was strange how throughout the rather large clan of Genbu that these two found each other, but at the same time, it made perfect sense. Someone just as the soon to be King, and someone as beautiful and regal as the maiden made the perfect pair for the future of royalty. However, their happiness did not stop there, neither did the imagery of the perfect royal family unit. The Queen was meant to produce heirs for the King, and that she did. Very successfully at that. Her brood, though meant to be larger, was a single egg. It was rather small, but the life inside was said to be vibrant and blessed, just as an heir should have been. The utmost protection was given to this first, precious egg of the King and Queen of Genbu. It was the future after all.
When the egg hatched, there was a bit of surprise that the child was not a boy, but instead, a healthy, vibrant little girl. There was great celebration throughout the kingdom to celebrate the birth of the darling princess, much like in a fairytale. Despite the war, and the tension in the air, there was something of peace between the clans at the time. The shifting times of peace and war would not so easily settle, but for this day, Genbu had taken a break for the horrors of the war, and celebrated the hope of the future. The princess, absolutely infantile, had no idea the momentum she had broken with her birth, but would one day bear its weight upon her shoulders as heavily as the fall of night.
As the princess grew, the blonde was far too intelligent for her own good. It often led her to find things that would get her into great trouble. The troublesome little dragon often snuck out of her lessons, despite the many warnings of her parents and tutors alike. Instead, she fled to the one place she felt more at home than anywhere in the palace; the caverns of the maesters and acolytes. That was where her best friend, and her mentor existed. The little dragon was often found curled upon a blanket or pillow with glowing rocks around her, lit by the strange acolyte who was tasked with her wellbeing. Over time, even as the acolyte rose to become Maester himself, the little princess remained around her constant companion, demanding of him the attention that she desired. After all, the man became the girl’s best friend, and practically her sworn protector, even in unofficial capacity.
When the little girl was ten, she was taken with her parents and the royal entourage to survey the great lands of Genbu. They had traveled far, and for days when the family reached the ridge near Mount Balam. The dragons themselves made camp and as darkness came, the princess snuck off for a bit of last minute night flying. Something one of the court children had dared of her. The children went giggled together to prove their bravery. Higher and higher they flew until they could no longer soar. They began to tire, and heading back but a sudden gust of wind threw the young dragons askew. The princess was thrown towards the ridge and slipped into the small caverned caves, making a rough landing down. Flesh was torn, the thin membrane between wings poked through and shredded in some places, making them painful for the young dragonelle to maneuver. Flying back was not an option. Even the lowest parts of the ridge, near their camping site was, were treacherous. It was no surprising that the unlucky princess managed to find herself in a cavern that she couldn’t get out of, and that she couldn’t be easily seen in.
She cried for a long time, until she realized she was not alone in the cavern. Instead, there were so many earthly sounds. Water dripping from stones and landing on craggy rocks below. Scratches from other inhabitants. The young princess shifted back, scared, confused, and searching for a way out. For hours, and even days, the little girl could not come out. But she was not alone. On the second evening, the beast in the cave decided to be brave. He was bigger than this small frail girlish thing. And he came for her, claws searching for flesh. The princess had kept to herself, exhausted from staying awake, or waking from dipping off. She was hungry, the darkness was overbearing, and no one had come for her. When the monster approached, she skittishly stood, warding him off with hoarse cries, waving her fists and shouting to wave him off. This only angered the beast, waiting with her massive bony face and sharp claws to tear into the sweet smelling morsel. The monster clawed the girl’s flesh from hip to thigh on the left side and the little girl let out such a scream, smacking her hands into the earth. The earth rumbled beneath her call for it, and the cave shuddered around her small form, letting rocks fall upon the beast and around the girl.
Later, when she awoke to the strange glowing man, she was nearly feral, but she was not the same. She growled, ready to call to her the earth’s embrace once more. It had whispered so many things, and still spoke to her now. Yet, she saw that it was her friend. Her protector. The Maester, and she fell into his arms. It took her quite a bit of time to bring herself back to normalcy, and some things would never be normal again. Such as the skin mauled by the strange creature, or more importantly, the frail mind of the girl. It made her personality split into three. Ever since then, she has grown with grace and beauty, only occasionally slipping. However, she keeps to herself so that none may know of her trouble. Only those closest to her know the difference. Others think she is odd as a result of her accident, but only a few know the real truth. She will continue to age in beauty and wisdom, even if she is not always herself.

Andromeda is a fighter by nature since the war has forced her to be a new person. To the water people, she is kind, gentle and patient She is motherly and affectionate and watches out for those of the water kingdom. She is self-sacrificing and will do anything to protect others from more pain, especially children. However, when faced with fire people, she is obstinate, and fierce. She wll ot bend easily to those of the fire clan that threaten her personally. She will take the pain quietly and find a way to get even. Her determination to right the wrongs they have presented on the water clan is not something that will fade any time soon. Her grudges can last for a very long time.
❋ Ⅰ : ᴍʏ sᴛᴏʀʏ ❋ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The war was a hard, cruel place. Those that belonged to clans were hardly safe from slaughter, but it seemed as though if Tatsujin banded together in their clans they would become victorious. This was the case for the baker and the herbalist. Two very different souls, pursuing different paths but ultimately ending up in the same spot. The woman was a dragon of water. Her mastery and knowledge of herbs was astounding for someone that was not part of the earth, but her quest for knowledge and the good of all was overwhelmingly adhered to the soul of this maiden. The man, was of earth, far from home and long away from his people. His ideals were different from those of his clan. He wanted a better future for the Tatsujin, not to play peaceably, and so he decided that he would serve his time with those who would take a stand and fight against the fiery surges of Byakko. His eyes were impeccable for sorting grain, and finding the best barley or wheat to make flour, and thus, he was a baker.
The baker and the herbalist, though two different souls, found each other. They found love, and joy, and peace in what they were doing for the Seiryu clan, despite the constraints of war and often, the idea of famine that crept upon their backs if the Byakko continued to scorch the lands of those around them. The couple never wanted a child. They were safe. The woman procured and took her herbs to prevent any mishap from occurring. However, the world often has plans that are unwanted initially, or just unexpected. This was the case for the egg that the herbalist laid. It was not out of hatred that she did not wish for a child. It was out of the uncertainty of the future that the child would have. However, when the egg came, the couple decided to keep it safe, and give their child the most love and the best future that they could provide.
Andromeda was a smart child. She was quick, from the very first break in her shell, to her very first flight. She was observant and kind, as per the teachings of her father. And her quest for knowledge grew, as per her mother’s hand. The girl grew quickly, learning how to bake bread, and make a poultice rather quickly when necessary. Her thin form helped her be much faster than others who lumbered around the bakery. She was by no means weak, however, learning that she would not just sit behind a counter, but bake bread and manage the accounts of her parents. Her childhood wasn’t particularly hard or difficult. She was given a good education. Truthfully, she was rather fortunate given other young dragons rallying in the streets or going off to help the armies.
When the news of the genocide on Suzaku reached Seiryu’s borders, the armies mobilized, calling for able bodied men, and even the boys who could fight. This was the baker’s chance to stand up for what he believed in. He had lived in Seiryu long enough, providing for its people for years. Now was his chance to deem himself a true citizen. It was a long discussion between the mated pair, but in the end, the man’s patriotism won out. He kissed his mate, told his daughter it would be her job to man the bakery and its staff, gave her a necklace he had worn since he had come to Seiryu and was off.
News came immediately of the death of Byakko’s Queen, and two of their princes. News never came again of the baker. His mate was mad with grief, but she knew, before their young daughter had chance to think of the outcome, that the man would never come back. Of course, it was the naive nature of the girl. Her heart was large, and open to many. It was only after the troops had returned home, and her father was not with them that Andromeda realized the outcome of the battle. Her mother became distant, something about the loss of her mate spurring her into her work, and the darker side of things. Andromeda did as she was told, keeping up the bakery as long as she could. The people’s morale was grand with the slight defeat of the Byakko. The people told tales of an impotent son, and a King who was changing his ways. Word even came when the King summoned the clans together.
Andromeda was amongst those, providing food for the large gathering. The day of the banquet, she was sick. Somehow the moment of glory was ruined for her with a need to stay away from serving. Her mother came to her that day, a haunted look on her face, and she placed a small sachet of herbs into the dark haired girl’s hand. Her mother’s instructions were to take them when the fire came. How strange it was to hear her mother say such things, but she ignored the warning. Busying herself with trying to rest so that she could attend late to the gathering.
When she finally was up and ready, the screams started. The tales of murder in the streets. The men hung from posts in the homes, bodies littering the streets. Blood flowing like rivers over the cobbles, Andromeda realized the mistake. Water folk, the few that hadn’t attended ran, screaming about raids and guards and Byakko, and that the Queen had been taken. Fearful, Andromeda returned home only to find her mother, dead. It was not by violence, but by peace of going out in her own way. A sachet was near her body, reminding the dutiful daughter of her own. She couldn’t leave her mother like this. Not when shouts came of patrols and children cried and screamed. She had to move. She sent a prayer to those in the sky to watch over her mother’s passing and then she moved on.
Quickly, the Seiryu lands were raided and combed of their people. The bodies piled up. The streets were desolate. Andromeda was forced to continue moving. It seemed the longer this went on, the fewer places there were to hide. And there were fewer and fewer people to hide with and scatter about when the patrols came, even within hours. Even children were not safe. Andromeda came across many, broken and bruised. They seemed to be snagged up the fastest. The boys were never kept. More than once, the dark haired beauty thought of the sachet in her gown. She was closer to the border everyday. She would make it. She would make certain that was the case. She would flee and get to Genbu somehow and beg for shelter. She would tell them of her father and hope they granted her shelter. It was on the third day that she met trouble. Patrols had circled. Whether they had received a tip, or were just good at tracking, would never be figured out. Despite the frantic movements of the water dragon, it was not long before she met the end. With it, stood the sneering male, of blonde hair, with a face that read pure malice. Grudgingly, the female admitted defeat. The first choice of many she would regret for quite a while. There would only be one place for her in the Fire capital, and that was as a slave, cloistered and bunched together, unable to have freedom. Maybe it would be better than death, but one never knew.

Rash, and volatile, Katsa is a hard worker. The battlefield is her playground. She is a fierce competitor, and takes her job as a soldier seriously, even if it is not a job of high rank. Ultimately, she is a weapon. She mostly obeys her orders, never really given an opportunity to be disobedient. When she faces a situation that is against her morals or beliefs, she often has a hard time coming to terms with it, and occasionally will fight for her beliefs. She is not wishy washy, she is simply measured and know when to or not to rush into battle. Her head in battle is an almost perfect blank, focused solely on killing or maiming as necessary. Her predatory instincts are quite strong, making her a fearsome foe. Weakness is not something she likes to admit, and certainly not something she tolerates. She is secretive with her own shortcomings to assure that no one will find what kind of things she keeps under wraps. Her deficiencies will not be permitted to keep her from her end goals. She is quite determined, and often has vision in her pursuits. Her loyalty is not easily won, so when it is obtained, it should be kept. She really doesn’t have a differential between men and women. She believes that both genders can and should perform at the same level, and will not allow for someone to think less of her based on a gender stereotype. She also does not like labels to do with gender, and is quite stubborn in her pride.
