✶ Biography: Born and raised in Cloudridge City of the Pluto region, she grew up beside her childhood friend and younger sister of eight years. She had a normal childhood, though socializing with others was always an issue due to Celica's extreme shyness, she only really developed a close bond with her friend outside of her normal family relationships. While people were hard for her to communicate with, Celica has the extraordinary ability to connect with Pokemon and impressed much of the community around her with the talent. Her dream was always to become a Pokemon Breeder and create her own oasis for Pokemon however, in order to further develop her Pokemon understanding, she embarked on her own journey around the Pluto region a few years after her childhood friend had started hers. After Zane vanished from the Pluto League, she was entered as an elite candidate to compete for the championship title. During the competition, she dominated all her opponents, winning her the position of Pluto Champion. While is still the champion, not many during her rein have been able to reach a high enough stature to face her, allowing Celica to live out of the spotlight and focus on her dream of being a pokemon care-giver.

✶ Personality: Very kind and gentle, Celica is often described as "motherly" as she cares for Pokemon in the same fashion as a mother would for her child. She's a bit on the timid side and gets overwhelmed easily, which is much dismay to her being a region champion. Because she is shy is most situations, many people mistake her quietness for being elitist or emotionless, giving her the nickname of "The Silent Queen" as she does not often speak during events in fear she may say something regretting. To her friends and family, she is very loving and eager to lend a hand or arm to anyone who asks of her. Her family worried that her social skills could affect her trainer skills but, were shocked to see Celica's rapid progress through the region. Within a year she had collected all eight badges and in the following year, switched to Pokemon Contests and won the Pluto Grand Festival.
