Alright now, I can't really say anything really 'wrong' stands out to me.
However, you have alot of Quips and blurbs about your character.

Extrovert. Hating to not have anyone to talk to, she'll go make friends. Her rather open-minded personality makes it rather easy for her.
Talents:
Designing and lying. and with all these little blurbs it lets me see facts about your character but not much more, you ought to try and mesh these facts together and fill the gaps between with details.
like your little blurb about 'How character reacts in a crisis: '
you really ought to build a little story to show me how Heather reacts to a crisis type situation rather than just tell me how she reacts.
