Immerse yourself in the culture of piracy, back in the old days, when swash-buckling rogues would capture your ship, your goods, and your women's hearts. The Pirate Council consists of the greatest Pirates from around the globe, each responsible for the area in which they reside. These Pirate Lords include; Lord Eduardo of the Gulf of Mexico (North America), Lordess Amira of the Caribbean Sea (Central America), Lordess Valentina of the Mediterranean Sea (Europe), Lord Ramirez of the Gulf of Venezuela (South Africa), Lord Boipuso of the Arabian Sea (Middle East), Lord Xiao of the South China Sea (China/South Asia), Lord Gevheri of the Gulf of Guinea (Africa), Lordess Sayuri of the Sea of Japan (Japan/North Asia), Lord Hassan of the Arafura Sea/Torres Strait (Indonesia), and Lord Antonio of the Coral Sea (Australia). Every major decision that pirates make must be approved by at least 5 of the 10 Lords and Lordesses. So, when the British and French join forces to abolish Piracy all over the globe, the Pirate Lords have some nasty words to say.
So, Captain, assemble your crew on your fine ship and set sail. You will be starting your journey in Kingston, Jamaica, where Lordess Asmira herself will give you your mission (to stop the Europeans wherever you can, and to find other captains to assemble the biggest Pirate Fleet ever to set sail...if you didn't already have a clue).

1☠ Follow Gaia ToS 2☠ PM profiles to me, VSG12, with the title "Why Is The Rum Gone!?" 3☠ Add a gaia_gaiagold (gaiagold) icon to your profile so I know you read the rules 4☠ No god mod 5☠ No auto hitting/killing/dodging, unless in a situation where avoiding this is impossible. If you must autohit another person, allow them to do the same, and do not make it more violent than it needs to be. 6☠ No more than 6 characters, unless you think you can take more and therefore have my permission. If you have more characters you must use all of them regularly (that doesn't mean in every post, but once every few). 7☠ No text talk or one-liners. Please try to be as literate as possible. I'm not asking for huge paragraphs, but at least 4-6 sentences would suffice. I understand when there are times that you cannot write as much, but do try and put as much as you can to keep things moving. 8☠ If you leave, explain to both myself and the Guild Captains why. If you leave temporarily, with good reason and a rough estimate of when you'll be back, you will be added to the "Freeze List". Those who do not post in a long time will be added to the "Dead List" 9☠ Please, try to make a full crew before making your own ship or random characters. There are pirates without an owner that you can take (any without a user-name are free for the taking). 10☠ Invite friends, matey!

gaia_gaiagold Pirates gaia_gaiagold Username: VSG12 Character Name: Caroline Gimmerie "Grim Reaper" or "Lady Death" Age: 29 Role: Captain Ship: The Crimson Skull Weapon of Choice: Swords & Pistols Appearance:
Biography: With a pirate father raising his only child, it was obvious that Caroline was bound to become a legendary Pirate Captain. Her ship is the same as her father's with a different name; the original name was "Davy's Revenge". Carolina earned her nickname not just because her last name is fitting, but because of her reputation to leave no survivors in a sea-battle and no witnesses after a plunder (she deserts prisoners on islands with suitable food and shelter, at least). Because of the nickname, she wears a big black cloak in battle, making sure it doesn't hinder her hand-to-hand fighting style. Her father is currently deceased; he was hanged in Havana. Other She is next in line to be the Lord (Lordess) of the Gulf of Venezuela since Lord Ramirez is her uncle.
Username: VSG12 Character Name: Jonathan Barker Age: 24 Role: First Mate Ship: The Crimson Skull Weapon of Choice: Pistols Appearance:
Biography: Jonathan, just nicknamed Jono by close friends, is a boy from Australia who came to the Caribbean to be sold to slavery (since he was a thief). Carolina found him and freed him from his jail cell on one condition; he serve her until his dying breath. Knowing it was death that awaited him any-ways, he found himself on her ship and as her First Mate. The two have been best friends since they met in their youths; in their late teen years to be exact. He isn't her lover per say, but he is in love with his Captain in more ways than one. Other He never wants to go back to Australia, since he hates his old life there. He lives to be a pirate now. gaia_diamond Europeans gaia_diamond Username: Nightmare Dreamcatcher Character Name: Charles Dunham Age: 31 Role: Commander of the British Navy Ship: Victoria IV Alliance: British Appearance:
Biography: Charles is a talented naval hero back home, but to the French he is merely an underdog. While he has harsh words and worse glares with the French Commander, the two begrudgingly get along to stop piracy. Charles has a more positive look to his mission; capture and isolation from society. Unlike most of the other Brits and Frenchmen, he is the most rational of them all. He finds it hard to work with some men willing to murder others merely because they can get away with it; he says those men are even worse than pirates. Other His father was a pirate and Charles watched him hang. This made him a firm believer than piracy only leads in death. He doesn't wish to kill all pirates, but merely to imprison them so they no longer cause harm.

Carolina Grimmerie, known to her crew as "Lady Death" and to her enemies as the "Grim Reaper" walked from the docks towards her ship. It was a glorious ship passed down from father to son in her family, although she had no siblings so her father passed it to her. It was a trustworthy ship of great speed and endurance in storms with a most befitting name; the Crimson Skull. A large skeleton sat on the front, where other ships might have a glorious mermaid. The skeleton was painted black, the skull crimson red with silver tears from the sockets. Jonathan Barker, her First Mate, was at the helm. He had stayed on the ship to prepare for the upcoming shipments of supplies. They would soon be leaving the port in the Caribbean waters, of Kingston (Jamaica) to be precise, for Havana. Lordess Amira of the Caribbean Sea herself had given the Crimson Skull crew the task of finding other Pirate Captains with the guts and courage to fight for the Pirate Council and take on the French and British forces once and for all! " Shall we get going?" Jonathan asked. " After the supplies is loaded, yes. I won't leave unless we have what we came for," Carolina responded.
