Bio: Murmur's parents were killed by a rocket assassin, code-named Vintro, and taken by his parents' murderer when he was only a baby. Raised as a living weapon from a young age and indoctrinated to obey all of Team Rocket's orders, Murmur was to be the perfect assassin, the legacy of the now aged Vintro. The elderly rocket's plan went off perhaps too well, as Murmur's first official mission was to assassinate the elder rocket, and Vintro died at Murmur's hand.
The then-thirteen year old boy was kept a secret from even some of the higher ranking Team Rocket members, a shadow that could be called upon whenever necessary. And called upon he was, as the young rocket slew dozens of threats to the criminal organization. He never felt a thing - he was a weapon that Team Rocket wielded, nothing more.
On one assassination mission, he was caught in an explosion, and part of his face was irreparably burned. Team Rocket had a skilled doctor in their employ graft part of the victim from that mission's face onto Murmur's own, and replace his damaged eye with the other's. Once the operation was done, Murmur was set out into the world to await further orders from Team Rocket.
Personality: Murmur is polite, often exceedingly so. He addresses adults as Mister or Miss, and treats people respectfully. Despite that, he is an accomplished assassin, and will not hesitate to kill when ordered to.
