Bullet Seed can only be stopped on the Attacking turn of the user by the opponent dodging the attack, and if they fail to do this they will take the damage for both the attack/defensive turn. The user can't use any counter-attacks once Bullet Seed is in use.

Creates a terrain that effects on Pokémon that are on the ground and not in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move. This restores the HP of Pokémon on the ground a little every turn. Lasts for five turns.
INGRAIN = Con. type Smart = 1x lvl recover Hp
INGRAIN when used makes it impossible to run away from a battle even by recalling one's pokemon. This attack takes one attack phase to set up, and then takes place after each opponent post. For each opponent post, the pokemon that uses this move will gain 1 x it's own level back as HP.
HORN LEECH = attack formula =dmg/2 =restored hp to user
The user drains the opponent's hp with it's horns. It restores half of the damage taken by the opponent to the user.
LEAFAGE = Con. Type Unknown = Physical attack formula
The user assaults their opponent with a small barrage of leaves. It is a move favored by childish grass types.
LEAF BLADE = Con. type Cool = Physical attack formula. If a 20 is rolled, instead of + 1 accuracy, the dmg is doubled for that turn only.
Slashes with a sharp leaf, and has an high critical hit ratio

PETAL BLIZZARD = Con. type Beauty = Physical Attack formula.
Damages all adjacent Pokémon, including allies. In Horde Encounters, it will target all opponents.
PETAL DANCE = Con. type Beauty = physical attack formula + user confusion.
The user attacks for 2-3 turns, and can only be avoided on the attack turn. This attack also hits during attack & defensive phases, and the user can not use another move nor counter attack during the turn that this attack is used. Once the attack is over, the user becomes confused.
POWER WHIP = Con. type Beauty = physical attack + 2 dmg
A powerful whip that is an step up from Vine Whip ..as the opponent founds themselves getting the whipping of their life.
RAZOR LEAF = Con. type Cool = physical attack formula, if the user rolls 20 instead of gaining +1 accuracy that turn ..the opponent's dmg will be doubled.
Cuts the enemy with leaves, and has an high critical-hit ratio. This attack can hit more than one opponent at the same time.
SEED BOMB = Con. type Smart = Physical attack
A explosive seed attack that can easily take an opponent by surprise as the attack drops what seems to be an innocent seed at his feet.
SEED FLARE = Con. type Cool = Sp Attack + 2dmg & if +5 lowers Sp defs of opponent by one
Another seed attack, but instead of exploding this one releases a flare instead.
SLEEP POWDER = Con. type Smart = causes sleep
Scatters a powder that may cause the foe to sleep
SOLARBEAM = Con. type Cool = Sp attack formula with dmg x 2
Absorbs light in one turn, and then attacks the next turn. Soloar beam for one turn does nothing as it charges up, and release on the second turn, with the requirements that the user is able to roll higher than the opponent for 2 turns.
SOLAR BLADE = Con. Type Unknown = Physical attack formula x 2
The user pauses for a turn, channeling light into a powerful blade form. After having charged it up, the powerful strike is released on the second turn. Requires the user to roll higher than the opponent for 2 turns.
SPIKEY SHIELD = Con. type Tough = Status move.
Can only be used while Counter-attacking. If it outrolls the opponent, the user takes no damage from the attack, and the opponent takes damage = user’s level. Becomes less effective for each consecutive use-- twenty-sided die -> ten-sided die -> generate a number between 1 and 5.
SPORE = Con. type Beauty = causes sleep
Scatters a cloud of spores that always induce sleep. No need to roll.
STRENGTH SAP = Con. Type Unknown = Heals the same as the opponent's Attack stat, reduces stat by 1.
This skill allows the user to latch onto their opponent, draining their strength to heal their own body. This strange move also hurts the target's physical prowess.
STUN SPORE = Con. type Smart = Cause Paralyze
Scatters a powder that may paralyze the foe.
SYNTHESIS = Con. type Smart = Restore Hp equal to lvl
Restore Hp. The amount varies with the weather, so on sunny days Synthesis doubles in recover, and at night & raining days the recover is cut by 1/2
TROP KICK = Con. Type Unknown = Physical attack formula, if +5 reduce target's strength by 1
The user lands a strange, exotic kick on their opponent. If it connects in a particular brutal manner, it harms the target's ability to attack.
VINE WHIP =Con. type Cool = physical attack formula
Strikes the foe with slender, whiplike vines.
WOOD HAMMER = Con. type Tough = physical attack + 2dmg & 1/5 recoil dmg for user
A powerful attack that can rock the opponent as it hits with a very solid attack. Though the problem with this attack is that it's all out, and it cause recoil damage to the user.
WORRY SEED = Con. type Clever = Status move, changes any Pokemon's Ability to Insomnia for the duration of the battle.
The user implants a strange seed on the target that causes so nervous a worry that they cannot sleep.
