This grants the user an additional chakra element as well as an additional 10 custom jutsu slots to be used for elemental combination custom jutsu. Luna has always been exposed to the Shinobi world as she had grown up in Iwagakure and bother her mother and her father were shinobi before both of them never returning home from a mission. It’s unknown what truly became of them but Luna has always assumed that they decided to just never come home, often times turning a blind eye to the fact that they left their daughter in the village with no family except her grandmother who took her in when her parents never came home. Her life, other than this event has been relatively stable. She never had any traumatic events happen afterwards, although she always knew that she wanted to be a shinobi because her parents were. Thus, when she was ten years old she enrolled at the Academy and met a girl around the same age. The two hit it off and become the best of pals and even graduated at the same time as well making their friendship even that more solidified.

Also not allowed because certain paths give those traits and this would be like grabbing two different paths one being a PA cause u hope its going to get passed.
