What is the best (non-cheese) item to put cheese on? For me, any type of meat best complements cheese.

I use lots of yummy cheese sauce and some grated cheeses when I make meh famous(in meh house) Fettucine Kielbasa Alfredo.(Fettucine alfredo with sausage in it. Good shtuff)

One word: saltines. I love slices of mozzerella cheese on top of saltine crackers.

Cheese is yummy on crackers, tortillas, soups...pretty much anything with salt.
