Akasha beamed with joy as she saw her favorite teacher, alive and well in Karakura. She had been afraid of the worst for Ms. Blaire. She secretly knew that Ms. Blaire was a bit more magical than she let on, and that she would be among the first people to try to help if something spiritual was going down. That selfless nature was one of the things Akasha liked the most about her witchy teacher.
As Ms. Blaire spoke to the group, Akasha was quick to listen, quick to follow directions. She made no effort to rebel against such instruction. She could see that the destruction here was immense. Everyone would have to pitch in if they were to clean up this mess.
Akasha continued sorting through the rubble, pilling up everything she found that looked important, for the locals to pick through later.

H I S U I & R U R I
Before the fires of destruction came, not everything was peaceful in the residential district. In the humble abode of the Amano couple was a heated discussion after Ruri’s reckless spending. As now it seemed they would be late on their payments yet again and possibly losing their place. “Honestly! You can be so selfish sometimes!” Hisui shouted, storming off. She ran off into the bathroom, shutting the door and locking it to prevent any pursuit. Ruri sighed, knowing she wasn’t going to get in another word when she was like this. The short haired blonde decided to go off on a walk and think. She knew if they lost their apartment they would have to stay in the dorms and risk being separated. But still… “I just wanted to get her something special for…” she thought aloud, slowly strolling down the street. Except that was all a moot point if they ended up apart because of it. “I can’t believe I forgot about rent. Maybe...I should return it-” Ruri considered before the neighborhood went to hell in a handbasket. She was caught completely off guard by the sudden explosion and following fires that broke out. The culprit were Hollows that were too happy to go about destroying everything they set their sights on. What was the reason? Hollow never acted this bold before! Aside from the particularly powerful ones, there were a few lesser creatures that joined in the assault. The tall girl kept herself hidden, peering around the corners to watch the Hollow. “What the hell is going on? ...I have to get back to Hisui!” she grit her teeth. Unlike her, Hisui wasn’t too adept at fighting these monsters; that’s what she was here for. Ruri took hold of a nearby stop sign, delivering a powerful kick to the base that separated it from the ground. She would fight her way back to Hisui if she had to!
There weren’t too many of the hellish beasts between her and home, fortunately. If she really had to engage in combat with one, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Any more than that would be really bad… At her pace, by the time she returned to the apartment, things had begun to settle down as the Hollows left. Ruri was worried, but certain Hisui was alive and well, otherwise she herself would have ceased to exist. Still, seeing her apartment in shambles made her heart sink. “Hisui!! Hisui!!” she called for her. The long awaited response made her nervous, but once she saw her face peering out from the wreckage of their home, she was instantly relieved. “Ruri? ...Ruri, look out!” Hisui shouted, pointing in the taller girl’s direction. She had been hiding when the Hollow attacked and managed to avoid their notice. But when her girlfriend returned, she had to step out to warn her. Three canine-like monsters were making their approach toward Ruri. The agitated blonde huffed, putting her back to Hisui as she stepped backward. She held the stop sign up in defense, prepared to swat at them if they dared to charge. “Get back or I’ll crack your skulls open!” she growled. Still the Hollow advanced slowly, baring their fangs and snarling. This was not looking too good...
✦Though it had taken quite a lot of effort, the residential district was eventually brought back to what it once was, or at least mostly. Rubble and debris was removed, the injured were taken to hospitals. There were surely casualties, but Yuusei was at least glad those who could be saved were. He still had no idea who or what caused all of this, but he wanted to find and pummel them into an apologetic mess. He had claimed Karakura town as his own turf, meaning anyone or anything that messed with it had to answer to him for it. It was something non-negotiable, a beating would be waiting for the perpetrators, no matter what kind of reasoning they had. His attention would momentarily shift to the others that were helping in the reconstruction effort, eyeing them all with a suspecting look. However, he did recognize one of them, she was a teacher at his school so perhaps it wasn’t her, but he hardly knew her so who was to say she had some weird or dangerous life outside of her teaching hours. He as well had to admit there was less of a suspicion towards any of them in the fact they had helped in the rebuilding, but that was something villains sometimes did, they would do something bad then do something good and act like heroes while they were plotting something sneaky. If that is what they were up to, Yuusei very well couldn’t risk just moving on from the area, but at the same time if he attacked them, he would come off as both a moron and a villain. His image would be hurt badly if he started attacking people that were here to help, and he couldn’t have that with how much he’s built it up. While he had pent up frustration with what happened this day, Yuusei couldn’t just act hostile towards them, he couldn’t attack them for no reason nor evidence that any of them were involved.
The delinquent was prepared to approach them, to question at least one of them and their involvement. The teacher would have been the first person he’d have questioned, considering they went to the same school, using the aspect of familiarity to get something out of her. Then one of them had chose to speak to him, with a tone he didn't care for. "I don't know, is your natural tone a dickish on-" However before he could finish his retort, he heard a commotion, the sound of an explosion and the feeling of those monsters being present. Almost on instinct, Yuusei turned the other way and toward the source, rushing at full speed. Getting a gut feeling those masked monsters were involved, Yuusei immediately pulled out what looked like a toy police badge from his pocket, gripping it firmly. Spiritual energy began to flow wildly from it, before taking on a visiple shape, a gun. It wouldn’t be long before it materialized into an actual pistol, a ebony one which had a red eye on either side of the muzzle end of the barrel. Soon he would arrive at the scene, spotting three of those masked monsters, all three being dog-like. With a confident grin, Yuusei would jump over the three of them, twirling in the air, maneuvering his aerial position to land with his back facing their prey, and his front facing them. It would be during this mid-air transition of changing to his landing position that Yuusei would fire three shots from the spirit born gun, three shots composed of his reiatsu, each spirit bullet aimed for the monsters mask-like faces. If that didn’t did them in, Yuusei would strike a pose, twirling that large pistol in his hand multiple times before stopping and pointing it at the beasts, with his free forearm underneath the barrel and his legs spread and positioned firmly. “Yo, pooch one, two, and three; you picked the wrong time to go hunting in my territory.” His tone held quite the surmountable amount of confidence, his posture, despite the pose, as well, as if he came into the scene knowing well that things were going to go his way.
This was his first actual encounter with these monsters, never once had he actually seen one so close before, let alone fought one. Below his confidence, he was a bit scared, he was used to punching out delinquents who thought they were better than him, or ghosts that wouldn’t get the hint that he didn’t appreciate being haunted, but never did he lay a hand, or in this case a bullet, on whatever monster these were. He didn’t understand what they were or where they came from, just that they might as well be ghosts just the same with the vibes he got from them. But that didn’t matter, the fact they were here messing with some couple and causing explosions not long after the residential district was just rebuilt pissed him off a great deal, and for that they needed to be taught a lesson. He couldn’t let them get away with harming his hometown while he was in the same area. He figured they neither cared nor knew that Yuusei had appointed the town as his turf, but that didn’t change the fact they still did it. Yuusei didn’t care for “misunderstandings” as an excuse for destruction and endangerment to lives. They may as well have blown up his own house! Not that it was really in the city, but still. Yuusei couldn’t allow them to do any more, not when recovery to the people who suffered through the previous destruction came. He wanted to save them, he wanted to display his justice and let the townspeople know they were safe. While he was a proud delinquent that did what he wanted, he still had the heart of a hero, and if he ran from this he might as well give up his dream of becoming a police officer one day. He needed to do what he could for people in need, he needed to be able to save people, even from situations he wasn’t used to. He would just have to adapt and take these monsters down. “So, how about I train you three? First trick, play dead.”
