You set up a quest in this forum, get it approved and then you can apply for an artist's slot. At the end of the time period, customs close and the artists choose which quests they will draw. Within a week we will announce which quests have been chosen by which artists! Expect the character to be done in a month's time, but please be patient if it takes longer!
Rules and Information
1. Hybrids || This is not a hybrid month. No hybrid customs will be given out. 2. Forms || All forms are to be posted in this thread so that all staff can see your request! 3. Eligibility || Only staff approved quests will be allowed to apply for a slot. To be eligible for a slot, you must first have a quest that has been critiqued and approved! Post the critique/approval form below to get a staffers attention! To those who have characters already: you must have all your characters at adept or above and be active and RP-ing with them to be eligible for another character! 4. Breeding || Here is the post where all the information can be found on breeding requirements. Please provide links to your reqs. The cost is 2 million per child, and you may purchase twins is you wish. This will pay for all art stages. Khehora breeding costs 400,000 for a nest of 2 to 5 eggs. (Magesican Only) Tattoos are not allowed at this stage. khehora do not get to choose traits other than gender, instead they get eggs based off of the parents and there is a chance that mutations (line edits) are passed down.
5. Applying || To apply for a slot, please fill out the application form below. Make sure to request a specific artist that you want; unless you don't have a preference, then put any artists in the request artist slot. You can put multiple artists! But only one will draw your character. 6. Payment || If you've managed to snag a slot, payment must be in pure gold and you must say if you are on the payment plan or paying everything up front! You may pay more than the price listed; this is called a bribe and you can use items for your bribe to try and catch the artist's eye! Send trade to Magesc once you have been selected. 7. Multiple Quests || You may only get one custom quest done! If you have two quests (can't both be magescians) you wish to try for, feel free to apply for both. But only one will get chosen and become a real character. If you have a bonded quest then that counts only as one slot cause it's a single quest. You still must pay for both. The bonded may not be drawn if there isn't enough slots and it doesn't get chosen.
Note: Please state in the application form if this is a full or semi custom. If you are going for a khehora, please state if it is an egg and up or adult khehora only, and if there are full body line edits, or small line edits only. Payments will be sent to the mule. From there we will deliver the artists amount of the payment.
Disclaimer: All artists retain the right to say no to any quest that they do not wish to draw. So even if you are the only one to apply for an artist, it is not a guaranteed slot! The more effort you put into your quest to make it detailed and interesting, the more likely you are to be picked. They will be the ones picking from the quests that request them, staff have no word on the matter of who gets picked!
