Alias: The Wakerider, Waterfarer, Yun-sama.
Representing Banner: Affiliated to none, generally, but will co-operate with most any faction acquiring his services.

Identity: Public, although his fame isn't quite widespread.

Occupation: A wanderer that helps establish the weaker countries government's or kingdom's as a place of good. Whence his work is done, the man leaves.
Appearance: Six feet tall, he weighs 190 pounds with his armored clothing and gauntlets, 185 without his gauntlets, but with his armored clothing, and 170 without all armored clothing or gauntlets, but in his "normal" garb. 168.6 lbs when fully naked. Fully clothed appearance.
Personality: Yun Chi Song is usually outgoing, but not spontaneous or easily excited. He's rather lax, serious when his business is at hand. He usually enjoys drinking any alcoholic beverage whenever possible and no situation lurks in the shadows with a companion or ally.
Powers: Yun Chi Song can control water, and without needing a source as it is derived from moisture from his body, the opponents body, and the air and nature around him. And, similar yet different to it's use in A:tLAB, he carves it into a weapon instead of used just as its form. He mainly fights with his gauntlets, in hand to hand combat, but his mastery of water which is beautiful yet deceivingly deadly can provide him with weapons on the spot; He is commonly seen using his striking movements to weave water into a rapier or spear, an axe, a dagger, and even a bow and arrow, but the weapons he can come up with are very near limitless, as long as he has the time to practice using such a weapon in a watery, flowing form.
Skills: He is quite skilled at Krav Maga and various forms of Kalari Payat. (yes i googled these don't judge a poor man). He can cook at a rather basic level, a bit above insta-ramen but no where near gourmet or desired cooking. He is a master at sewing and seaming, a seamster? He also has a rather high tolerance to alcohol, as he spends much of his free time ingesting it and practicing his fighting.
Weapons: He has a pair of brass gauntlets with bridal-gauntlet like mesh along his fore and middle fingers. Alongside these is a basic, simple carving knife and the many weapons which he can use due his water manipulation.
Armor: He wears his open, kimono-like armored top, and similarly so styled kimono bottoms with armored greaves or leggings on the inside of said bottoms.. The bottom seems to split after the crotch and thigh area in the front, while never opening in the back. He also seems to wear something again to a beak mask, more like a visor, covering his eyes and the bridge of his nose. It has no apparent opening for his eyes.
Equipment: A single carving knife, a small, very near visor like brass like eye-guard, a multitude of seaming equipment and needles, and some old trinkets like a cap to a old, probably broken gourd and several different beads.
Misc:Judging on the way his visor lacks a proper way to see out of, Yun Chi Song may be blind. He never seems it, however, as he looks directly at people as he talks and can generally find his way about places he hasn't seen before. It is entirely possible, as well, that the moisture in air, objects and people is how he walks and acts as if he isn't blind. One would need to take the mask off of his eyes to find out.
