Here we are going to be matching words that are either, Noun, Proper noun, Verb, Adverb or Adjective with other words that fall in the same catergory.
First definitions of these parts of speech/writing.
Noun: Used to name a person, place, or thing can function as the subject or object of a sentence.
Proper noun: The name of a particular person, place, or thing and that usually begins with a capital letter
Verb: A word that shows action.
Adverb: A word that describes a verb, an adjective, another adverb, or a sentence and that is often used to show time, manner, place, or degree
Adjective: Describing words that modify a noun.
How the game works is one person will use any word that falls in those 5 categories and the next person will have to come up with another word that falls in the same place. Then that person will list another word in which the person posting after them will have to match.
For example: If I were to say Eiffel Tower, the next person could say Paris or Mount Rushmore. Both of which are proper nouns like the word given.
Then they would chose a word that fits in any of those categories for the next person to match.
