✦The Money In The Bank holder can hold onto their briefcase for one year, from the day they won the contract, until the next year at the next Money In The Bank pay-per-view. If there are no cash-ins past this point, then their title opportunity contract is invalid and cannot be cashed in.
✦The Money In The Bank briefcase holder can cash in whenever he wants, wherever he wants on any champion he wants, besides the Tag Team Champions and Womens Champion.
✦When The Money In The Bank holder cashes in, the match will instantly become a no disqualification, no count out.
If the champion decides to run away or leave the match, then the match will be canceled, and the Money in the bank holder has the right to get their briefcase back.
✦If anyone decides to interrupt a Money In The Bank cash in, while the match is in progress, the briefcase holder has the right to get his briefcase back.
✦ If a Cash in is successful, the former champion has the right to a re-match clause whenever he wants. The Champion can deny/decline the clause, but eventually, he'd have to let the re-match happen within a 30 day limit.
✦ If the Money in The Bank contract is cashed in directly after a match, the champion is NOT allowed to use resiliency 1-15 kick out rule, unless he did not use it in the match he was in already.
