◆ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ:Yuri is usually very serious and very, very reserved, Around women he can become what a lot of people see as outright rude, bluntly dismissing them, However this is due to his Gynophobia which developed because of his treatment from his mother, he honestly is deathly afraid of women and afraid in general due to his life experiences, In reality Yuri close to a severe mental breakdown and very mentally frail behind his facade of indifference, A good way to compare him is thinking of Norman Bates from Psycho, His is very willing and very much yearning for his mother's love and won't really speak bad about her, When he is angered to certain points, he will go into profanity fueled rants, or will begin to kick the s**t out of the person who angered him. When drunk however Yuri is more honest with his emotions, his paranoia and gynophobia subsided and more open to speak about his past and his fears for the future.
◆ Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ:Yuri was born in Vladivostok, Russia on the same day as his mother's birthday, a month later his father disappeared from the picture for reasons he did not understand until recently, from the age of 8 to seventeen he was put through what he will only describe as "a madwoman's twisted game." being beaten on a daily basis when his mother was drunk or angry with him, nearly drowned on multiple occasions and being sent to fight bears only to be nearly torn apart because of it, starting at age twelve she put him through training that would have made an experienced Spetsnaz officer cry and beg for mercy. Fast Forward to two months before his 18th birthday, His father came home, dying from terminal lung cancer, over the past two months he had learned why his father left, since he was labeled as a traitor by his country, Yuri remembered a moment of his parents dancing slowly, humming a song before both of them singing Katusha softly, tears in their eyes, He recalls this as the only time he had seen his mother cry. After his father found out what had happened to his son, he had chewed out his wife, Yuri hearing every malicious and livid word coming out of his mouth directed at his mother for how she treated Yuri while he was on the run. On his eighteenth birthday he sat down to have a private talk with his father, The two had talked and his father said "I wish I could have only had more time to know you." After those words were spoken Yuri's father passed on. His mother drunk herself into a stupor and had Yuri bury his own father, during the same night he got the letter from Tokubetsu, He decided that was an opportune time to pack his things and leave before his life got any worse.

Good job with her! My only issues are her three abilities. We've been debating over what is and isn't okay with different elements, and for a proper example you should look at my guy Cory. I'll also have to ask you to remove water, since it's in a different spectrum.
Basically, it'd be:
◆ Aᴜʀᴀ Aʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇs: Earth (or Plants) The ability to manipulate and change all kinds of dirt, earth, soil, rock, etc. (Or the ability to grow and manipulate (as in move) different kinds of trees, vines, etc.
◆ Exᴛʀᴀ Aʙɪʟɪᴛʏ: Plants (or Earth) The ability to strictly manipulator or grow plants. (or strictly the ability to move earth/rock/dirt around)
Those with this not applying are the characters that happened before we finished fighting about it =w =
