About you:
Sirzechs is the type of devil who only comes around once in a millennium. He was powerful, able to rival the Beelzebub and Leviathan members in strength, but that wasn't what earned him the position of Lucifer. A true leader knows when to end a war, and Sirzechs was big enough to know that the best course of action for his people was to stop the fighting between the devils and the angel factions. Of course his ideas weren't shared by all, the devils being as proud as they are, and a in-fighting broke out. Eventually, despite he and Akuja's valor in battle, their faction was pushed back into obscurity. This is perhaps where the true genius of Sirzechs in leadership shines most brightly; in that camp Sirzechs saw that the "loss" had taken the eyes of the pro-war devils off he and his comrades and so was able to put his skills to work in building a new devil nation. As history will remember this was the beginning of the Underworld we would know today.
In the years since the calamity Sirzechs has exchanged his battle scars for arthritis, signing grosses of new devil release forms a day. Somewhat annoyed as relieved, the two sides of Sirzechs: the constructionist and the conservationist dueling in his head for decision on each of the fates of the new citizens; taking merit as a meager excuse no matter the decision.
Then there are the balls. Grooming Rias to take over Hell is exhausting. Why do it then? Everyone knows the real mark of a patriarch is naming a new leader of a nation; that's how you know your word is law. Meanwhile the dragons seem to earn the envy of Sirzechs, running free with pride seeming to be their only law.
When it's time to chillax Sirzechs can be found boozing with father Hyoudo and Azazel in a hotspring. Whenever the two meet there they can remember less and less clearly why the three sides were fighting in the first place. Whether the devil king knows it or not, this is a very dragon way to live.

(p) Creature of the Night (master) Comes with flight, increased magical capabilities, and nifty little shaver that's also a flashlight.
(a) Destruction/Obliteration (master): Like Rias' power, but cranked to twelve. He can destroy matter (I use the phrase lightly) with touch, turn it into spheres, or turn himself into a kind of nuke by turning his aura into destructive energy. Those with strong, really strong, souls can withstand his destructive magic. Touch needs no cool as it is the weakest, the spheres need a one turn cool, and the aura needs a five turn cool and drains him heavily and causes recoil damage.
(p) Mano y Mano: Sirzechs is one of the better fighters out there in martial arts, I guess, so don't try to outbox him... Unless you're out to prove something.
(a) Transformations: He can transform into things. Limited use in battle.
