Any item that has a gold priced associated to it will also have a sell back price accompanying it. However, simply having a sell back price doesn't mean that we will allow for the item to be sold back. If there are any items that you believe should be able to be sold back to the store, just let us know!

Is there any way that from now on face mods come with a light and dark option like with Pick Your Nose. For example with the new item Mysterious Siblings, you can't make out the cheek on braces smile because it blends in with the darker skins. This happens a lot, sometimes I see a cute smile face mod but it looks like a line when I put it on (Smore Memory). This recurring problem needs to be fixed because it ends up excluding the population that has darker avis. Just a thought.

I'm all keen for the raffles you guys keep doing for tickets or other stuff, but because its not announced when the prizes are given out, people don't think that they have been and it can cause confusion.

And just make a post everytime a raffle has ended and the prizes given out? even if you don't mention the user who received it, just so we can check and go "Oh look xx raffle ended yesterday and they've given the prize out!"

Okay so we have a new "kickstarter!"
...That's GCash funded... Only.
Now if you read the rules, the Favor you buy MUST sell out BEFORE you can get the recolored Street Dye item.
If any Favor does NOT sell out, the items in question will scrapped and will not be released-- EVER!
This means that they won't be in a bundle or a CI in the future.
Honestly, this is a bad move community wise because not all the towns are popular.
Also with doing the math...
4 Towns x 799 Units Each x $5 A Favour = $15,980
That's about $16k in all for all the items to be made.
$4,000 per team.
I love Splatoon (even though I don't have a WiiU to play it), hell a lot of people do.
Yet it's not fair that we have kickstart this with GCash.
It should have been a gold sink or a fun forum event like Hassli has suggested.
You guys know this was a bad thing to try because of all the backlash it was going to get.
I know you're not stupid to know how your community ticks & you basically forced us into buying these items holding them for ransom.
Please PLEASE don't do this again.

Who & why did they think this was a good idea?
Gaia is always experimenting with different ways to engage its users and this Town-based coloring of Splatter fest was one of them. A constant issue that we face is the coloring of specific items that are user requested and placed into the store, only for them to not generate the sales that would justify the item’s creation. In the system that we tested with Splatter Fest, these items would not be created unless they are properly funded first, with a bonus item that is given if they are or are not regardless. We are taking feedback from users into consideration, as well as the success of the sale itself as determining factors of whether or not we’ll continue in this vein or use them in other forms.

We will have events based off of the Manga directly soon, but all of the events that are happening this summer are tied into the timeline and canon of the story.

Is the Loyal guild still checked often? People make amazing new idea's for the Loyal shop and they really need to be seen. Also when people make a recolor of things in the Loyal shop inspired by a user, Could they get the credit for the idea and be mentioned? I think this would do a world of good for the shop and for those with the GOLD rather than the cash to spend.

We still do comb over the guild for your feedback and suggestions, although we may not necessarily post to the guild itself. We can definitely take into consideration giving a user credit if we create something that we know is unique and not something that had been suggested or thought of before.

Even just a simple clause stating clearly that topics not discussing the base in some way are or are not allowed (as it is now, there's nothing saying I can't make a thread about gardening and have it not be moved, but if I were to make one it's pretty much a guarantee that it would end up elsewhere)
-obviously we would prefer that we be allowed general topics in there, because without them it's hard to keep a community, but personally I would just like something clear either way-

Hey staff! First of all I'd just like to say thank you. I've seen a general improvement in the site lately. New features, more staff communication, less gold gens, and less "Hey give us your money!" attitude. It's not perfect but I can tell you guys really are trying and that means the world to us users.

Does ATS really serve a function anymore? We just see answers like "stay tuned" and "we'll see" a lot and none of the things promised ever seem to happen, and most are quickly forgotten about and then ignored when people keep asking about them. Plus, very few questions are ever answered, it seems that all of this could be handled with one small weekly announcement.

I try to answer as openly as possible about future updates, a lot of times devs, artists and even I have to have to stay tight-lipped about features. Its not because we don't want to share them- its because we don't want to give false promises about when things are going to be released. A good number of our events have to have excessive bug-fixes, sometimes someone gets sick or something integral to the site breaks and projects get delayed. Personally, I take every suggestion I get and log them, then try to address them throughout the week. Almost all of the Alchemy updates have been inspired by feedback through the ATs as a very small example. I think I get a lot out of hearing feedback from every Gaian, and Ats functions as an open door for anyone to poke us.

Hello! I am sorry about the Components not being listed in the description of formulas, I will try to be more diligent. As for continuous updates to Alchemy- there is no end in sight all Ye Aspiring Alchemists.

Also, some of the items in there (ex: human mini mint angel wings) have the wrong price in 'store price' on the MP, so when somebody goes to buy them from the shop via that link it doesn't go through. Could this also perhaps be looked into and remedied? (likewise some of the other ones say they're not available, perhaps something about being a collectible item, even though they are available and aren't specifically collectibles, but rather just recolours)

I saw this posted and I would like to second for there to be more Kingdom Hearts items.
They would most likely sell well with the large amount of fans.
More specifically, I'd like to suggest a hair RiG.
There has been a Final Fantasy one so far, and I'm sure a good amount of the hair styles
will be satisfactory to other users. The peyo item is outdated and the wrong color scheme.
Only accurate hair is Roxas' really, I know there are 4 different Sailor Moon hair items
so another Roxas hair wouldn't be unacceptable.

Items keep getting released that require ZOMG based ingredients, how are we supposed to get those ingredients if zomg no longer exists. I am aware some people still have some zomg stuff, but it'd be nice to know we will always be able to craft a formula.

Most of the ingredients are from the ZOMG cache, in the Philosopher's Cache. If they aren't- they should be inside the ye Olde Forgotten Trunk RIG in the Bifrost. If there's anything missing it will probably be added to that mechanic, so let me know if something slipped between the cracks. 3nodding
