This is a plot thread to test the waters and see what people might be interested in doing.
I have been wanting to do a little rp for a small camp out with your typical campfire roasting marshmallows and telling scary stories for an element for Torchwood. The more I think about it the more I think 'hey, this is probably something other people will want to get in on' and maybe do their Laughter/Honesty for babs (I'm sure something else could easily be worked in based on a bab's actions). Adult supervision could be warranted, if all your babs are grown and you want in.
My idea would be to break it down to major parts to move the rp along.
Stage 1: Basic gathering around a campfire. Babs sitting around roasting marshmallows, making smores, finding comfy spots, meet n' greety type postings. Allow time for people to get a couple posts.
Stage 2: Suggestion of ghost stories. Babs pass around a flashlight and tell the scariest stories they can think of (or just get scared by other stories, disbelieve them, etc.) Allow time for people to get in a couple of posts.
Stage 3: There is a sound! What is that! Everybody screams, or goes 'don't worry I'll protect you!" Allow time for people to get in their post.
Stage 4: Oh, it's just ______ creature. Nothing really scary. Babs calm down and have a good laugh and or admit their story was made up or that they were scared.
What would be very helpful is a rough idea of how many people would want to join in and what sort of time frame and pacing would work best.
~ Would one week between a post be enough time and following a schedule work best?
~ Is Saturday too soon to start, or next saturday be better? If it follows a 'by week' pace.
~ Or would a looser 'as needed' and free flowing pace be better, zero time frames?
~ Do you want structure and more camp things based on an IC weekend (open camp set up in phonyland woods to use as you see fit) or a 'one night only' get together? Or less structure and people should do whatever they want?

Count Nimbus in on this! He'd LOVE to go camping with his siblings!
I think a week is a good time frame and I think having so sort of structure at least for me haha. I think one night only would be easier to run but, it's really up to what everyone else wants. <3

I think the time frames are good and the structure is excellent, because it's not super strict (no one has to tell a story or anything in stage 2 for instance) but it still gives a general structure to go on and makes it easier to make a post. The week timeframes are good for having time to get a post in too, since everyone has different schedules.
