I, Meepfur, swear to uphold the Rules with the Skinwalker I wish to receive via these and any other bribes, and should I ever step outside of the boundaries promise to work with the RP manager and shop to make it fit.
I Agree that, should I refuse to fix the mistake or argue with the rp manager or shop, I will lose rights to the problem breed (Skinwalker) for 6 months, during which I will be unable to breed, win, RP, gifted, buy or be bought them. If I haven't fixed the problem by then, I agree that this punishment will continue indefinitely until fixed.
I also understand that if I get extremely out of hand and the rp manager is required to call upper management, the punishment may increase in length or severity.

Personality: Filch is a sly creature, preferring simple and subtle methods over grand schemes or full-on carnage. Oh, she is violent, but she prefers to focus on one victim at a time, singling them out and stalking them for however long her patience holds before she dispatches them. She finds the hunt itself far more engaging and thrilling than the actual kill, and will try to take souvenirs before killing her victim; it is a game, taking things of theirs without their noticing as a prelude to taking their life. Once she has killed, she is disappointed that the good part has come to an end. She grows sullen and bored almost immediately, and will play with and pick at her food with an appetite dampened by disappointment.
She is not especially selective about her targets; hunting is an addiction for her, and she will take whatever is most convenient. Lone individuals are easier by far, and as such her usual prey. She does, of course, prefer those who have more or better potential souvenirs for her to take, but rarely takes the time to seek them out specifically. Filch needs to be hunting, or else she is a miserable, muttering, neurotic wreck. When she lacks an outlet, she will gnaw on herself obsessively, and as a result is often bleeding and ragged-looking.
Filch keeps small caches of souvenirs, but doesn't have any one 'base' or 'lair,' as she is a chronic wanderer, constantly searching for new prey. She has an excellent memory for where her stashes are, and if she discovers that one has been disturbed, that is the one thing that can cause her to fly into a rage, where she will focus on killing rather than hunting.
She seeks no interaction beyond her hunting games, and has no wish to engage with or speak to anyone for any reason. If she hunts them, she does so quietly, without mind games or elaborate plans, just stalking through the shadows and watching. Other skinwalkers are interesting, tempting prey - pelts would make such lovely, perfect souvenirs, after all - but she will not seek them out specifically, and even if she stumbles upon one, may decide against pursuing them, as the risk is greater than the reward.
Background (required): Filch has no memory of anything but hunting, though even then her memories are sparse unless she has a souvenir within sight to remind her. Her life is just one long, blurred-together hunt for her, and its only through the objects she keeps that she can recall any specifics, providing her with brief moments of clarity. A horn from a unicorn here, a scale from a kirin there, an antler, a feather, a braid, and so on. Her life is a collection of hunts and kills and nothing more.
Rough Plot ideas (required): - Generally being slinky and creepy, more of a shadow/boogeyman in the night than leaving swatchs of destruction. - To go long enough without a hunt to be desperate enough to hunt another skinwalker, if that's the first potential prey she finds. Since she's small and not particularly strong, and usually deliberately picks easy prey, it would probably not end well for her!

Sooner or later, they will get into a fight about something...or just because they want to fight and kill something.

The tied-off portion of his mane, cut with his own cleaver just above where the wrapping begins, accompanied by a sketch of him made by Vanmoriel. Short IC Response: Those silly mares. They had captured him - no, in his own version of the narrative, he had allowed himself to be captured - but they hadn't known what they were getting into. They had seen his glorious wings and coveted him, rightfully so in his opinion, but they had missed or ignored the warning signs that he was dangerous: horns from a kalona ancestor, markings that spiderwebbed like blood across his otherwise snow-white hide, the cleaver he wielded. The latter they had had sense enough to take from him, and he hadn't protested; they were pleasing to look at, and it had been more pleasing still to accept their attentions.
But he was as fickle as he was vain, and soon enough had grown bored with at all, and set about making a nuisance of himself to force his release. His cleaver and his freedom were his again, along with a little memento in the form of a sketch, which in the weeks that followed he kept and admired, though time and exposure to the elements gradually saw it wear. Though he had had a fine time, and it was a fine likeness, he began to view both with growing resentment. His time with a few of the harpies had been significantly more than chaste, and he found himself wondering if anything had come from it. The more he thought about it, the more he became convinced that surely something had.
He had no fondness for foals, but what was his was his. He wanted one - really, he wanted them all - but while his sanity might be questionable, he was no fool. Attempting to return to the Flock was not an option, but there were others. Others like the strange star that on rare occasion appeared in the sky, that he had previously ignored and dismissed as a fanciful, sentimental notion. But he wanted something he felt had been stolen from him, and perhaps this star could give it to him.
Ananel climbed the hill not with hope, but with bitter conviction. With demand. He pulled the smudged, oft-folded sketch from the band on his foreleg where he'd tucked it and dropped it upon the altar, where it was swiftly joined by a wrapped length of his mane. "I need one of my own," he insisted without preamble. "Give me one."
As he turned to leave, he added under his breath, "Hell, give me two or three."

Purple eyes. Mane: White, CC feminine style, nothing dreaded or massively curly. Braids or accessories in her hair would be fine! Tail: "Alternate" Kirin tail, the version shown on the male example if possible. If not, the female version is fine! White with black tuft.
