EVERY FIRST POST OF A QUEST THREAD MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Username: This is your main Gaia account
Mule SN's: If you have already created a mule for your future IoDM character(s), please list them here.
IoDM Newbie? (Y/N): Please specify is this if a first serum for you, or if you already have a serum and are questing for another)
Serum: What animal serum(s) you are questing for, including additional serums (tauric, nonmorphics, transgender, etc)
CODE for your quest banner(s):

The TITLE of your quest thread must be formatted like this:

[Gaia Username] ~ Quest Title

for example:

[Kamiki] ~ Angelina's Never-Ending Quest to Save her Boyfriend!

FAQ

Q: I already have a quest thread somewhere else? Do you have to remake it here?
A: Yes you have to make a thread to make it "official" but no you don't have to completely remake your thread. If you want, you can just post the required information in the first post, then post a link to your other quest thread.

Q: What happens if I don't post my quest here?
A: If the IoDM ever holds random events for questers, such as a quester raffle or donation prize, we will be pulling winners from this forum. If you don't have a quest thread here, you won't be eligible.

Q: I'm questing for multiple characters? Do I create multiple threads?
A: NO! Only one thread per person. You can use the different posts on your thread to showcase your different character concepts.

*~ Tips for Questers ~*

- Have an animal in mind, but be open to change! If possible, try to endear yourself to the character, not the animal. There's nothing wrong with wanting something specific, but if you can aviod getting your heart set on one particular animal. There are several events where you may not be able to chose the animal for yourself. Also, its a good idea to have backups if you are trying for a particuarly rare serum - such as mythical or extinct. Remember questing for an animal does not "reserve" it - anyone who wins a serum who may or may not have a quest thread could always take your animal as well.

- Be open to critique. Every character must be approved before coming onto the island. What the GM says, goes. Character who need work, are unbelievable, or will break the setting will not be allowed on the island as is.

- Avoid characters Moreau would not WANT. With the relatively rare case of a shipwreck or the like, Moreau hand picks each and every person who comes to the island. Each subject is precious to him, and worth millions of dollars. There is no reason he would willingly/knowing let very dangerous criminals or dangerously insane characters to the island! The island is not a prison colony! Or a mental ward.
