17th Avenue

17th Avenue runs from 2nd street to the 14th street on the outskirts of New York. It was like a second Kensington at one point before devolving. Some of the storefronts are falling apart, and others are covered with graffiti. In the middle of the day, if one is feeling brave or at home in these conditions, they can find a few hidden gems in the crumbling remains. 17th Avenue is also considered to be the city's Red Light district; after dark, you'll usually find quite a few pretty women decked out and looking to be taken home. Though, a few might lead you to an underground brothel that's been hidden away from the law.
