About you:
Basic Background/Personality When Nina was a human she had the power to steal people's life-forces on a grander scale and so it caused death fast for any living thing that came into contact with her too long.It would be like everything she touches (that lives) is slowly drained of their energy causing them to die. But she didn't know this was happening, but only over time she knew. Then when she became an angel and her powers were sealed but she was still able to steal the life-force of other people still making it dangerous to touch her but she wouldn't be as dangerous as she once was as it'd take significantly longer. She quiet, shy, scared all the time, and wishes she could just rot in the world. But she is curious to new things in the world, or new people in general.
As a Human Her background as human, can not be remember that much, since she does not want to remember it. But as a human she was born into a family of 14, having 12 brothers, and 1 father, and just her making 14. He doesn't know anything about her mother but everytime she askes her older brothers or father about it they complete just ingored her completely. Also the strange thing about her, her brothers would never play with her or her father would never pick her up for a hug, just never. She always found that quite strange, and her father would never allow her to go outside or even go to school matter of fact. But one day she overed heard her father talking to her brothers about how their mother died, and it was when she was born. She thought she was a mess, no she thought she was a monster sent from hell. So she left her house, since she would be just a monster to the rest of her a family. The rest of her human life, she found out everyone who ever touches her, would wither away, making her cry in fear, not in happiness of even joy.
During the War/Between Canon Story/Ten Years Past During the war and everything happening she was asleep most of the time to regain engery into her systems, but when the war did end she did awaken from her sleep, to some people it could symbolize something but what to her? Between the Canon story of course she was asleep, but when she did awaken from her sleep, she was place far away from everything happening she was test of her abilities or her curse once more to see if they still work since she did sleep for a long time. She then was force into training to hide herself between humans or even other angels/devils, but at the same time keep controlling her curse/powers though...it did take a very long time to control, and still after ten years have past, she still needs time to control it, thought it isn't so bad when she first, knew about this power she had.
Condition/Her Goals/Inspiration/Dangerous Level Her in state of taking life force of others, or just basic items/things/ or even the earth itself it was very dangerous and her condition was worse than any other curse, since she did not know how to control it at the time, but now after so many years of training she knows what she must do, to control it. Her goal in life, her oringal goal was to die completey where she wouldn't cause destruction to others or objects, but now her goal is to control her powers completey and used it in a way for good. The only inspiration she had, and it wasn't from anyone but herself, since she did not want to be a monster to others so herself was her motivation. Her dangerous level and how it can be use, well for once she can maybe place fear into other depeneding if her powers/curse is out of control and to able to take the life force of others can place that on a very dangerous level to others around her even angels like her.

Passive(Always on) ~ Skin of Light ~ This passive skill, and it helps shield her body, from her own destruction but not attacks from others that much. Offensive~ Cry of Destruction ~If she goes into a long while state of crying, The things that have the most life force, gets destroyed. Passive~ Different View ~If she knows a person by name, face, and a piece of clothing or hair, she can look thru another person sight, and find out the general area where they are at, not the exact location unless she been there before. Offensive/Passive~ Cry of Hear ~ Those her hear her cry, get affected in a way where they can not move at all, and but when they can not move she walks up to them, touching barely and taking some of their lifeforce, only a little to heal her self and restore her stamina.[last 2 posts][cool down 4 posts]

Hi Pro! ^^ It's nice seeing you again! Sorry for the wait but I just needed to get some stuff sorted out. By the way I noticed your picture wasn't working so I decided to fix it for you. No need to thank me, I'm just a Saint. emotion_awesome Pun intended. xD
Anyways I like the picture and the whole cursed approach your going for, but you can't have her go around with your character destroying everything. ^^" I'd also need a bio. So that's just a story and toned down powers. ^^
Below is just a suggestion from me on what you could do. Feel free to come up with something else or similar then what I suggest, just ask for help if you need it. ^^
If you want you could go with the life-force approach. It's what I'd recommend but you don't have to do it if you don't want to. It would be like everything she touches (that lives) is slowly drained of their energy causing them to die. Maybe when she was human she had the power to steal people's life-forces on a grander scale and so it caused death fast for any living thing that came into contact with her too long. I wouldn't say she caused instantaneous death for those that touched her, even when she was human, but it could have happen gradually over time without her knowing if we were talking bio. Then when she became an angel and her powers were sealed but she was still able to steal the life-force of other people still making it dangerous to touch her, but she wouldn't be as dangerous as she once was as it'd take significantly longer. Of course this would mean you'd have to change your abilities up a little so I'd understand if you didn't want to do this. On the upside if your character came into contact with someone she could slowly sap their life-force giving you more of it which would lead to self healing and more energy. Although I think energy would be another ability entirely.
Skin of Light - Can contain her curse but I think you should clarify that she is more resistant to light instead of immune as Fallen Angels use light as well and if they were to ever come into the picture then it'd be an unfair advantage for her to be completely immune to one of their main forms of attack. Why angels might fight with each other I don't know, but it's better safe then sorry. emotion_awesome
Cry of Destruction - Can't allow her to destroy any object she pleases as some things I feel would be an exception.
Different View - This is a tricky one... Hmm... I would think she would need a little more then their name and face. Maybe an article of clothing can be used as a connection and then have her see the general area of where that person is, but she can't automatically know where they are. She can get an idea where they are but won't be able to automatically know unless she has seen that place before? I'm just throwing ideas to help. ^^
Cry of Hear - No one can be paralyzed and blinded for ten posts as that is much too long and leaves them vulnerable for a good margin of time. Hmm...

For Cry of Destruction I don't really understand how her tears caue people to get hurt. ^^" It's like if I were to punch somebody and the effect would be for them to explode... Good thing I only do that to those that think I'm not funny. emotion_awesome Oh wait... Just kidding of course. c: I don't really think I could see this ability working out. Because people are living and your character cries they get injured. There is no range or explanation on how it works. I know you are trying to make tear-based attacks her angle but I don't think tears will work alone. Cry of Hear works because she can send people into this trance-like state because they hear her and can fall under her influence. I would have her do what it is she does, take peoples life-force. Another one of my suggestions you don't have to follow but maybe switch it out for an ability that allows her to take people's life-forces and use it for her own and the result would be that she heals herself and gains more stamina while the other person loses it.
Nina would have physical contact with someone and depending on how long she is touching them they will lose their energy/stamina or however you want to call it. Then she can use that to heal herself. Give her a cool down on how long before she could use the ability to heal herself again, say maybe five posts and that could work.
P.S. Cry of Hear should be given a cool down of how many posts it could be used again, but keep in mind that her enemies would have to hear her for it to affect them.
P.S.S. When I said you need a bio I meant you should include where she came from before she was an angel. A home and a family perhaps? It doesn't need to be overcomplicated but it should make sense. whee

Alright fixed the changes, hope this is all good
If nobody has any objections, I have some things to add.
I'm ok with her tears hurting people if they (a) actually touch her aggressor or (b) that the target hears the sound of her crying; to add to the fact that these have to be real tears. If she's an emotional wreck, cool, but no movie tears for us, thanks. XP
Some ideas for your bio:
What was she doing during the wars? What has she been doing in the time the canon story takes place? What has she been doing in the ten years since? Is there anything which could help her condition? As in character development: I would like to see this person have goals and such. Maybe someone she met inspired her to keep living and so on. What are the angels hoping to accomplish with a person so dangerous? I would make the brief assumption that they were trying to weaponize her, but that's all up to you.
Finally, I'd like to offer this: as one of the first few characters in a starting guild, whatever you write into your bio will set the course for many character after you. That's a pretty exciting position, if I do say so myself; your creativity can shape the RP!

Now for the bio, I took in all your suggestion making her a more interesting character that will develop over time, and inspire others who make profiles to make their background of their character/powers make them interesting.
