This is very, very WIP and is consequently a "Reserved" Section.
At this time Lat has no characters that will be in this "Neutral" or Non-Light, Non-Dark affiliated party. As per recent updates to plots: When the war breaks out between siblings, Ballad & Whistle will remove themselves to a Neutral Party status. As Ballad is "Peace" and Whistle does not wish harm on any of her offspring, this will be their chosen platform. Likewise, if you are neutral in that you love both sides, hate both sides, or don't care for either side, this is where you guys can come in to play, if you so choose.
