Hokay, so, iZunes is open and running again! That means we need people, as without peoples we got nothing.

. Follow all gaia TOS .
. Don't discourage anyone from entering, or be a bad sport .
. Be respectful of all staff, rules, and other entrants .
. Don't even think about running off with the templates provided… .
. …Or use them for other hiring events .
. Fill out the forms the best you can, please don't just leave blank spots .
. Know what you're applying for and what is required of you if you're hired .
. New rules will be added in red if needed .
::KEEP IN MIND::
. MUST be able to work with layers and layer folders, match the style of the Zunes well, have good color concept, and save with transparent backgrounds .
. Lines are NOT to be colored, shading IS to be colored.
. Applying for an edit colorist position does not mean you're guaranteed to be hired for edits .
. You may edit your forms at any time, but do NOT whine about how long your app has been up... .
. …Or constantly remind staff it's there .
. Just because you apply does not mean you'll be hired .
. We might hire in batches, we might hire one here and one there, or we might not hire at all for a while .
. iZunes is a FAMILY, and if you randomly pop up, apply, and run off, chances are slim for you no matter how good you are .
. Events aside, all gold profits will go directly to the colorist who did the work .
. Event gold will be divided among those who participated based on contribution .
. Staff credit is a thing here~ .
. Once hired, if you're unable to meet requirements here and there due to RL just let me know, ok? Requirements keep the shop organized and together, but are not so strictly enforced that the person behind the screen is forgotten. We're all humans, we know this, and we will never put pixelated creations before a living breathing person <3 .
. That being said, if you abuse this and walk all over us that won't be tolerated~ .
. Bribes will be allowed for any colorist to take on, up to three bribes per month, one bribe per customer in a three month time (meaning if you make a bribe for Sally in June, you can't make her another bribe until November) .
: razz OSITIONS AVAILABLE::
. Full Time (FT) Colorist .
3-6 Custom or breeding slots /must/ be opened at least every other month, sales/raffles/games highly encouraged. Event participation required. One Rainy Day Zune allowed per month if you've earned it.
. Part Time (PT) Colorist .
1-3 Custom or breeding slots /must/ be opened at least every other month, sales/raffles/games highly encouraged. Event participation required. One Rainy Day Zune allowed every other month if you've earned it.
. Guest Colorist .
Customs, breedings, sales, etc encouraged but not required. Event participation required for every other event at least.
. Certist .
Certs must be dropped/updated in a timely manner. Coloring not required but if you can you may as a guest. Must be able to work with text layers.
