If you don't know what recolor.me is it is a forum based avatar site just like Gaia. It is newer made by the people who created tektek and you can afford to make whatever avatar you want just from posting.

To be honest, I haven't checked it out. I kind of prefer something more established, I had a bad experience where I started an account on dress up site and then it just went downhill so fast. confused
