The Prospect Program is made to help members of Bright-Field become Crew Members.
This Program is spread over at least 3 months and 6 steps. The steps are listed below.
To enter the Program, simply fulfill the requirements for the first rank and send me a PM about it once you're done.
You can remain at a given step for any amount of time, according to your choosing. When I get notified by PM of an achievement from you, then I will promote you.

Step 1: Become an Armiger
To become an Armiger, you need to post in the guild forums at least 5 posts. Those posts need to be relevant and have some purpose towards making the guild grow.
Then send me a PM showing the links for the different posts.
Once this rank is attained, you can try to reach the next one.

Step 2: Become a Baron or Baroness
To become a Baron, you need to post in the guild forums at least 10 posts, and invite 5 people in the guild (those counts do not add up to any previous rank, each time you are promoted the count will go back to 0). Those posts need to be relevant and have some purpose towards making the guild grow. The people need to have accepted the invites for the count to be valid.
Then send me a PM showing a screenshot for the invites as well as links for the different posts.
Once this rank is attained, you can try to reach the next one.

Step 3: Become a Viscount
To become a Viscount, you will need to have invited 10 people into the guild (10 more than the previous rank).
Also, you will need to make a thread and get people to reply to it (a minimum of 5 replies by different users is required). Those posts need to be relevant and have some purpose towards making the guild grow.
Those counts do not add up to any previous rank, each time you are promoted the count will go back to 0.
Then send me a PM showing a screenshot for the invites as well as links for the different posts.
Once this rank is attained, you can try to reach the next one.

Step 4: Become an Earl
To become an Earl, you need to post in the guild forums at least two threads, for which each of them should receive a minimum of 10 replies by different users. Those posts need to be relevant and have some purpose towards making the guild grow.
Having invited people to the guild will also help of course (not being active at all on this will be a bad note).
Those counts do not add up to any previous rank, each time you are promoted the count will go back to 0.
Then send me a PM showing a screenshot for the invites as well as links for the different posts.
Once this rank is attained, you can try to reach the next one.

Step 5: Become a Marquess
To become a Marquess, you need to have organized 2 events for the guild (Towns meeting, Skype call, ...). You can either create a thread for these events, or send out announcements (going through us, or asking us to temporarily enable announcements to be sent by any member for the time it will require you to send the announcement).
Having invited people to the guild and created threads will also help of course (not being active at all on those will be a bad note).

Then send me a PM showing a screenshot for the invites as well as links for the different posts.
Once this rank is attained, you can try to reach the next one.

Step 6: Become a Duke or Duchess
To become a Duke, you need to post regularly in the guild forums for a lapse of time of 3 months. The amount of posts, threads and events you are making, the number of people you invite as well as the amount of members who will post within your thread (basically, the amount of activity you are able to create) will decide the result of this test.
Then send me a PM at the end of the three months, and by reply I will tell you whether you pass.
The start of this test can be delayed due to real life circumstances, if thoroughly explained via PM. The length of the test can also be extended in special situations. As a consequence, the begining of the trial should be notified by PM (send me a PM saying when you want to start the trial period).
Once this rank is attained, you are officially a Crew member of the guild.


Disclaimer:
Once a Crew member, your activity should be kept constant and regular. Without any PM sent to a staff member explaining real life situations (we understand those and will not blame you in any way because of them, IF you explain them to us).
Otherwise, any other Crew member that we judge is not active enough will be demoted after two months time.
