Nasing Gateoak lives not far outside of town, but relatively close to the school. She walks to school every day and simply prefers to keep a quiet life. Her home is rather classic with a Victorian taste as she has a deep love for history and its stylings.
When she is set to have parent-teacher meetings in homes, she will always insist on using her own as it is made for her unusual height and antlers. She keeps it clean and tidy, always ready for guests. She's also been known to allow students to stay in her home if they need somewhere to go and keeps a spare bedroom ready on the second floor across from the Master bedroom.
Separate from the house, but on her property is a large two-and-a-half-car garage. But, because she does not own a car and prefers walking everywhere, she keeps artifacts, scrolls, books, etc., inside there as storage because she doesn't have room in her home. When a student needs extra credit, or requires assistance on a project, is it likely that she will have what they need somewhere in there.

Upon entering her home, you immediately walk into a beautiful living room that has enough seats for a small family--mainly set up for those parents and students to be comfortable and feel like they are welcomed in her home. When she does have guests, she will always serve tea to them--any flavor and style of their choosing. By the door is a bookshelf full of books.
Down the hallway is an open kitchen with an island in the center and a breakfast bar on the opposite side. When she is not reading, she is cooking which then leads to reading while she eats. If she has guests over, or one of her students stayed the night, she will offer them a meal. There is a bookshelf on the far wall of the kitchen from the hall that is stocked with cookbooks from all over the world. Many of the books have sticky-notes peeking out.
In the hallways itself, across from a staircase that leads to the second floor, is a door that she usually keeps closed when their are guests. Inside the door is her study that is drowning in books. This is the only room in the house that is rather messy and is for her personal use only. When no one is in her home, she spends a majority of her time here. More often than not she ends up falling asleep in here while reading a book. All along the walls are shelves filled with both books and artifacts from all over the world and from all periods of time. She even has a few weapons that were given to her as gifts from friends long ago that she cherishes. They are showcased and never to be touched.
