2happy4emo I haven't seen that one yet...I'm still working on my Queen collection. Hey, I'm broke; it takes time! But that happened to Brian? Poor guy... sad His amplificaiton failed... I.E: He had no sound coming from his guitar for about 30 seconds of his solo. Kind of funny, really.

Kind of funny, really.Yeah, he kept strumming his guitar like it would start working if he played it enough, then he ran across stage while a techie came and fixed it for him. My best friend and I made fun of it a lot. "Techie, my guitar broke. Why won't it play? Can you fix it? Meet you halfway across the stage? You're getting paid to do this, you meet me over here! How about I go one-fourth, you go three-fourths. Okay? Great!" Haha, good times.

personally, I think Brian is a wiz at taking embarassment, I think after everything is fixed and he is able to start up again, he would just smile and pretend to yell something inaudible to the audiance and everyone would cheer... I think the same would go for the fans.. messing up like that (especially if it's Queen) they shouldn't think of it as a big deal

You know, I didn't notice that... Maybe because I don't watch the solo that often. I mean, I love the solo, but there are some times when I just don't want to hear it.

BigBird03 Azimio Popo-Licious Jaimi_Laing Popo-Licious I haven't seen it but it sounds pretty funny. Almost as funny as him falling into the piano pit at the Q+PR concert I was supposed to go to. whee Naw, I'm sure it happens to every guitarist at some point, the amplification I mean. Ooooh, what happened, explain more! Um... There's not much to say, really. sweatdrop I guess he was taking a step back as Paul and his piano were rising out of the floor, and took an unfortunate dive into the hole. He was fine, though later complained of back troubles. ouch. poor guy, and at his age, too... That would have hurt! But live is live, bad things are bound to happen! sweatdrop By comparison I think Meatloaf accidentally walking off the stage without realizing it and landing on someone in the audience is much worse than Brian May falling into a piano pit. whee I'd rather fall in the piano pit rather than on someone in the audience listening. pirate And as for Brian's amplifier failing I saw a clip of it on youtube and its funny how is continues to bob his head for a few seconds after his amp craps out. lol

I generally can't watch mess ups like that because I hate to see them screw up.. I mean I know everyone does it, but I get way embarassed. Yeah, I get embarassed and I wasn't even there... ^^; Like somebody sent me a link to a clip on youtube where Joe Elliot of Def Leppard forgot the lyrics to like, Rock of Ages, I think it was, and I couldn't make myself watch it.
Me=full of strange. sweatdrop

If they embarrass themselves, to me, it's funny. If they get humiliated, then I feel bad. I dunno how to explain the difference, but that's how it is to me.

By embarrass do you mean that they are all "Opps" in way that they won't fixate on it for awhile. I sort of get what you mean. smile

I really dunno how to explain the difference. Embarrassment is n accident and no one cares. But, humiliation is cruel. I'm failing at explaining this...sorry.
