I have noticed in the items glitch report forum that not many people are there helping to fix glitches. I have seen a lot of people repost the same problem and it seems they are either not acknowledged or seem to be completely ignored. Is there any way this could be improved?
Our artists do their best to keep up with the glitch report thread and fix glitches where appropriate. However, some glitches reported are actually intended by design or not considered a glitch, and will not be fixed. Other glitches require significant amounts of recreating the item in order to work properly, and will have to be more of a long term project. Many of these glitches are responded to the first time it is addressed, and will not be responded to individually each time that the glitch is rediscovered. Please feel free to read through the thread to see if an artist has already addressed the problem youa re experiencing. The amount of users reposting or using the thread for chatter clutters the thread and makes it more difficult for artists to see problems, however, it is combed through regularly and the fixable glitches are passed on. At the moment, we do not have any way to improve the glitch report system without a huge overhaul to a more efficient reporting system, and we currently do not have resources or manpower to dedicate specialized individuals to sift through glitch reports or build a new help center. Our deepest apologies for these inconveniences.

This is something that we can certainly consider for a release in the future, thanks for the suggestion!

Thank you so much for the Loyal's Fish Bundle Pack in Loyal's Bazaar! I am so happy that some of the old and new fish are available again for a lower price of Gaia gold! All of us in the Booty Grab Community really appreciate your guys' kindness and generosity toward all of us. C: I was wondering if you guys can do something else though... I was wondering since some fish in Phin Phang were only available for Gaia Cash and are now available for Gaia gold and Gaia Cash as well, I was wondering if you could make all of the fish being sold in Phin Phang that way as well? I think it would be amazing if that were to happen and it would be a great goldsink!

Hello gaia staff! I would of asked this question a few weeks ago but, I've been busy and I have also been taking a lot of naps lately around this time. Anyways, I want to get straight to the question and my question is, will the Bunny Rangers be in any more events? As you quite imagine, I am a big fan of the Easter event this year and I think the Bunny Ranger were easily the best part! So, to strength my point, I have personally taken it upon myself to ask other people about what they thought about the event!
First, almost everyone commented on how cute the Rangers were! (Seriously great job on their designs! I would hate for it to all go to waste!) Secondly, I heard many positives on the items in the event as many people liked many of the items that were available! Although some people weren't able to get certain items they wanted, there were many good opportunities to get the items and there was a large amount of them! As well as some of the mini-games being a pretty good way of earning some of the items!
The forums were also really good as well as there were many fun events and the NPC interactions were well appreciated and there should be more of them! Along with the NPC interacts there's the only negative; the story. I seen many people complain about there not being enough story and I agree, I would of liked to know more about the Rangers as big of a fan as I am of them!
So, overall it was a good event and I would love to see the Rangers again so, it's your call!

Today, rather than just ask about a re-release of Angelic Beds, I decided to put together a list of stuff used in Alchemy that desperately needs a re-release; some of these may be in the Trunk, in which case, never mind that, but I did double-check the list~
I'm also aware that Seaweed is in the zOMG! Grab Bag but the drop rates for it seem pretty small and considering how many are needed if you want to craft the Leathery Eggs needed for the Unhallowed Circles needed for the Erlking's Mantle (that's a 150, for those keeping track), they could stand to be more available.
Some of the things for the older EI formulas and such are especially ridiculous, given that the final crafted product is often available for way cheaper on the MP than crafting it would cost, and that seems a little counter-productive to encouraging people to try Alchemy, if you ask me.

Question: Would you guys consider updating and expanding upon the housing features for Towns/Towns 2? Would love to see housing expanded w/ multiple floor homes (whether it be an added basement or a 2nd floor), as well as more item functionality for housing items (i.e.- being able to actually sit on chairs, lay on beds, etc.).

I would love to be able to add floors and additional rooms, but currently don't have the time. The ability to sit, etc is limited by the base of the avatar.

Golden Fragments are in many releases that require very little in GC, and some luck- we're also planning on making the craft-able through alchemy.

It would be fun to do all the same Achievements we do as human form, it wouldn't have to be all new achievements.
With all the Animal form items that are constantly coming out, it would be nice if we could achieve the same bragging rights as animal forms as we get with our human forms.
And a side note, it would be ok if the animal form achievements were set for any of the 5 forms available.

Could you please tell us what the posting requirements are for the Throwback Party Achievements? Specifically, how many there are, where in the forum we have to post, etc?
Is it something like we have to post in the threads started by NPCs and we get NPC-centered Achievements?
We've made it pretty known that we want to know what to aim for ahead of time makes Achievements and events more enjoyable, so I think clearing this up now instead of last minute would vastly increase the amount of enjoyment for the event! biggrin

You may get an achievement by posting in the event forum, and for posting in any contest thread.

It would be nice to see some rigs in more of the 50 cent each range. I am finding I need to stay off Gaia more and more because I am too much of a gambler and I am spending far too much without realizing it. So, do you plan on releasing rigs for a lower amount per 1?

Yes we are planning on releasing a variety of items in different price points- we'll try to be more friendly to Gaian's on a tight budget, but I would recommend if you feel you are having issues with gambling potentially switching to something less expensive like philosopher's caches or gold shop grab bags?

A few ATS's ago someone brought up that despite having the coupon sticker next to the GC section in the header, we were still getting announcements for the coupons, and I think it was explained that a few bugs were being worked out and until then the announcements would continue. Well, it's been several weeks since then, and we're still getting announcements for coupons even with the sticker in the header. Could we just have one or the other? Both seem redundant.

Before our Coupon Sticker, we had several reminders per day for our coupons. Based on requests from users who use the feature, we have been releasing one announcement to inform them of updates and we will probably continue to do so.

Would you please consider disabling the option to throw Philosopher Caches, game items, Aquarium items, and zOMG items into the Dumpster Dive?
Dumpster Dive is spammed with Caches over 90% of the time. As well, finding game items that have no value in Dumpster Dive makes the feature almost impossible to enjoy. I'm not sure if there is still a lock on the Dumpster Dive, but am aware you used to not be able to donate items over a certain value.
Putting a lock on the Dumpster Dive preventing donations of game items, Aquarium items, zOMG items, and Philosopher Caches would make Dumpster Dive a more viable and enjoyable experience.

I missed the 05/06 Grant for the THROWBACK Spring Party, so I was wondering if I will I still be able to receive the achievement for collecting all the grants throughout the month of May if I were to purchase the 6th one? You won't miss out on any achievements if you purchase a missed grant item from the MP and you will be able to get your item at the end of the month. 3nodding

Hey staff! So I'm really excited about the new avatar creator coming out, but I was wondering if it will sort items by RIGs, MCs and CIs, besides the basics like color, clothing item, etc? It would make it easier than searching for the one item overall and I think it would be really useful! Thank you! heart

One formula in particular, [Animal] Faithful Friend, requires 25 Cookies Crumbs, which were exclusive components from an event years ago and even tho they are on Ye Olde Trunk of Forgotten Things they are really hard to find. My suggestions in this case are two; one create a new formula to craft Cookies Crumbs, in which we could use those Cookies that lots of us have in our inventories collecting dust since they're useless right now; or two, create somewhat of a Philosopher's Cache: Holidays, with components that came out during past events~

Hi staff, When are we going to have a instant messaging system/Gaia Messaging? Ever since Google retired Meebo its been hard to communicate with friends fast. Every time I send a message to my friends and they reply back quickly, I have to wait a certain amount of time to reply. I know the waiting process is there to prevent us from spamming, but it really gets on my nerves and I wish we could get another messaging system.
We should start testing this week. Look for it by the end of the month.
