'Forgive me for making you wait Nimian, I had to make sure the others were alright first.'
The fourteen-year-old practically jumped out of his skin when Kakuseith made her way up to him. She nuzzled his hand affectionately, and he beamed down at her in return. The hatchling had nothing to worry about, honestly. It was kind of her to wait to make sure all of her other siblings found their partners, and he couldn't fault her for that. He probably would have done the same!
"Kakuseith," he said, enjoying how her name sounded on his tongue, "I'm so glad you're here. Let's go get some food and join the others. It will be nice to spend time with them all."
The green trilled in agreement, lowered herself back down to the ground, and walked alongside her newly Impressed bonded.

Fragging Stupid and Nash took a second to breathe before tightening his grip on the bandage to keep his patient from getting up. “No, you are staying right here.” He snapped and pushed Z’fer down. “She’s fine, you are not and unless you are trying to crack your skull in, you will keep sitting.” He finished with the bandaging, making sure the bandage would stay before tending the thigh room. “Really, what are you going to do in the shape you are in?” Stop the thigh wound and then push the shoulder back into place.
