Personality: Katya is a proud Russian girl with the grace and civility of a princess in training. She is Adam's opposite in many ways, where he is outgoing she's usually very shy. She doesn't see much bad in people even when they're rude and often relies on Adam to tell her when certain men are hitting on her. She tends to keep to herself and it takes Adam's jokes to get her laughing and socializing.
Her manners are impeccable; whether she's keeping her elbows off the table or covering her mouth when she laughs, she effortlessly becomes the embodiment of grace due to her sheltered upbringing.
She's one to devote herself to things and can even become slightly stubborn when it comes to certain subjects. She's also surprisingly insightful and often dispenses wise words of wisdom at the most random of times. Because she's so shy she's learned to bottle up most of her feelings but after being with her boyfriend for so long she's learned to communicate most of her feelings to him, there are even times when she might panic and become completely anti-social if he's not around.
Bio: Katya was born a truly proud Russian daughter in the heart of Petrograd. Her father was the head investor in many flourishing companies which has afforded him vast wealth. Because of his influence and financial strength he mostly succeeded in keeping Katya's life outside of his site limited. She grew to be a rather sheltered child ignorant to the world but that never stopped her from picking up dance.
Her idol was Anna Pavlova and she too sought to be a famous ballet dancer. It was because of this drive that she became rather talented. Her father couldn't have been happier until she started traveling. She traveled the world to take classes with famous teachers and one day found herself in a coffee shop in America, the very same shop where she met Adam.
She returned to Russia a changed girl, and openly called him overseas every chance she could until the two planned to travel to Black Rose Academy for school together. They were to be together and learn together without her father's influence. Her mother, is a sour subject in Katya's life that she hasn't even explained to Adam.
