If star dust falls into a mug of any kind of drink whether by accident or through a careful procedure known as "dump the dustpan into the drink", a Comet Serpent will appear from the mug after a few days. They only come in one species. Comet Serpents are bigger than Dustling Dragons and are covered in very smooth scales like a snake. Their manes look like fur and feel like fur but it's actually just thin strands of their scale material. Ever feel that white silky stuff inside a corn husk? That's what the mane really feels like.
