Yes we would like to have more Q/A sessions with writers/artists as well. We don't have any in our immediate release pipeline, but we are constantly talking to various sponsors.

I can't help but notice that the tiered spending events are often overwhelmingly geared toward users with female avatars. Take the recent Society of Proper Etiquette for example:
I was intrigued by the name of the tier, as I enjoy making gentlemanly/dapper avatars, so imagine my disappointment when I saw that of the eight exclusive items, only one (Ominous Baron) was masculine. In fact, none of the other seven items were even remotely gender-neutral, all being either dresses or women's hairstyles. Needless to say, I did not participate in this spending tier.
Considering that these tend to be choice tiers, would it be possible to ensure that future spending events allow buyers to choose between a feminine and a masculine or gender-neutral item in each tier? That way, users who prefer masculine avatars would not be left out and would be encouraged to spend.

This is something that I noticed as well and tiers moving forward should at least have a 2-3 ratio of unisex/male items as well as something for our Paws- unless there's something specifically themed for ladies only, but I'm not sure that will happen any time soon.

That's a good idea! I think we had some rigs with them in it, we'll look into making some new ones. 3nodding
The Angelic Furniture has always been available from Golden Enchanted Trunks, and Nitemare Furniture has always been available from Wooden Enchanted Trunks. It's why I always look askance at requests to "re-release" them...can it be called a re-release if their original release never stopped?
That is true- the odds of getting them are certainly hard and they wouldn't be any easier in a new RIG, but having more opportunities to get them would help crafters.

Can you make it to where we can see the number of reports we have made with the reporting system on our My Gaia page where it shows our current stats? Every six months the counter can reset since those who want to apply needs at least 100 reports filed in six months.
Those of us who need a certain number of reports made before we can apply to be a mod would appreciate this, it would also cut down on the amount of messages that moderators receive. Convenience for all involved.

You can currently do something similar with this by going to the application page itself. If the only thing stopping you from filing the app is the number of reports, you will receive a message explaining how many reports you have filed and how many more you need to file.

As it currently stands, the Project Custom tickets are being monopolized by a very small set of extremely wealthy users in order to create vanity items or increase their already substantial wealth by making recolors of "prestige items" to sell for a profit.

I wouldn't exactly go as far as that. We have hundreds of orders all by different Gaians. Making the Club Verge Custom SDPlus box available as a tier prize has also opened up the custom process for hundreds of people who may otherwise not have been able to. We certainly do not wish to limit the use of tickets based on wealth but I'm always more than willing to hear out suggestions. We're considering adding expiration dates to most if not all of our tickets at some point which may help with this issue, though that requires us trying to clear out most of our current queue.

Also there a LOT of the same users redeeming tickets, & the wealth gap keeps getting wider from it.
Maybe you should try doing the same with the SDPlus boxes, that you did with the tickets.
You're still receiving a custom item made from your specifications. Again, we don't want to limit tickets simply because someone is rich but we're open to suggestions that would make everyone happy.

Basically, it would work very similarly to the hair cut pose from Peace and Long Life, except without the eybrows, and a slightly modified, less symmetrical shape.

I like to keep my outfits organized by my favorites and most used at the beginning pages. So when I like to go back to a favorite avatar and add a new item to the outfit, I delete the old outfit slot and save the edited outfit. If I want to organize it back to the front though, I have to continually re-save and delete outfits until it's in the spot I want. I have bought and used all of the 31 slots, so this makes it a rather tedious process to go through.
So, would it ever be possible to save over old outfit slots? Or possibly be able to rearrange/organize outfit slots?

Now for the actual question: What's with the achievement point disparities for the damage point achievements for the Easter event? It goes from 100 achievement points for 500 damage points to 250 achievement points for 1,000 damage points to only 50 points for 1,500. The 2,000 damage point is also only 50 achievement points =O Why was there a sudden decrease in achievement points even though the 1,500 and 2,000 damage points take a considerable amount of time to reach?

Not yet! The payouts aren't super generous and we want Gaians who come back on a daily basis to be able to buy off the Marketplace without mortgaging their inventory. Payouts will gradually change as deflation occurs, but for now they are just right. 3nodding

The Easter event this year has been mostly fun except for the RIGs. I don't get to spend much time on Gaia and events that give our RIGs make it impossible to get the full set or at least guarantee the one item I'm interested in. Please have a least one set of items that you get in sequence and then have RIGs for those who keep playing. Thank you.

Thank you for this feedback. Everyone has had varying opinions on how items should be distributed and you bring up interesting points. In the future we may give out daily grants along with RIGs. 3nodding

We can look into our balancing! We probably won't change anything this far into the event because it wouldn't be fair to Gaians that worked very hard to obtain achievements, but in future events we will try to have better mechanics.

There is a glitch, if you have a mod move a thread that you made it counts as a warning. So basically if I have a mod move a thread from the testing forum to another are of the site it counts as a warning.
There is a sticky about it here. I was wondering when you will start working on a fix for this glitch?
This glitch makes it a pain for those that want to apply and it puts a strain on the mod team because you have to be added to a queue to reviewed before you're given the OK to apply. If the glitch was fixed mods wouldn't have to review accounts and they would have more time to work through the reports that have been sent it.

Quests. Can you get rid of them, since I have quests from like.. ages ago (fired up, coraline) and the zOMG ones as well? It would free up a space on My Gaia.

Because of how bogged down the fishing system has become, the fish and some game-only components that are required for alchemy are now absolutely unobtainable because of sheer lack of supply. The same goes for a lot of other things used in backwings, such as angelic and nitemare furniture --- weighing more heavily on the angelic furniture side.

We won't be releasing fishing items since we are re-making this feature to be not buggy and also adding incentives/new rods/new bait. However we can do Alchemy RIGs that contain other components!

That's something we can definitely consider, especially since its already configured for mobile playing and use it as a way for Gaians to earn gold. We'll be adding more difficulty levels if we release it as a permanent feature.

When I click on an Ad Grant I get the page that says a gift was added to my inventory but when I check the special tab it's not there.

Hopefully when our Avatar Builder is created it will automatically update when new Cash Shop or other item releases are put out and we can find a way to communicate that without overwhelming our users.

I'm really happy with the new title "otaku" and I've even made an avatar to match it! However, after adding the speech bubble "I ship it!" I came to realize there aren't many ways of showing off ships. So I realized this can be done with colored bubble moods, since lots of ships have a color scheme that can be recongnized by others in the fandom. And this could be useful for those members that simply love a color, yet not always use it. So my question is if we can expect some mood bubbles that are simply a whole color or a colored dot?~

On some levels of the Easter Minigames, the max gold payout is actually less than the amount of gold you must pay to play at that level. What's up with that? I realize that this event is meant to be a gold sink, but I feel like you could balance it so that players lose gold on average, but still have the possibility of winning more gold than they put in on any given round.

In retrospect that was kind of evil, wasn't it? It was supposed to be a loss, but with padding- I agree with you though, in the future some payouts should be much higher than the fee to play.

Sorry it's really hard to predict this when mocks are sent out as it depends on the number of CIs available in the near future, when they are and how many recolors are waiting to go out.

Since many users, including myself, don't have a credit card or paypal account, we tend to feel left out in the extra goodies when getting GC and even worst since the announcements dropped the "only credit card or PayPal" on the descriptions for all but one coupon but when you click to redeem it, there's the only credit car and/or PayPay in the fine print.

We are in the process of basically re-writing our mobile app- once this is finished you should be able to use these cards on Android. Have you tried using Play Garden to redeem GC? They may also work via. this service as well. Our mobile app update is tentatively scheduled for release at the end of this summer.

I have heard that LQI in the cash shop lately automatically get a recolor when they sell out. However the paw items rarely sell out the same since there are fewer people who use the paw base. Not all LQIs automatically get a recolor, but for sell out sets we try to put at least one more recolor in the store. We can lower the amounts for Paw sets, that's very easy! Thank you for the suggestion.

It wasn't removed, it stopped working after a site update. We just need to go in and update it so it works again.

You will receive a response via PM. As long as your application has been submitted, you will hear a response no matter what, so no need to contact someone regarding an update!

Its still in progress, but its basically a mechanic that makes it much easier to track when a user is logging in daily and also allows them a grace period if they have a disaster that prevents them from being on Gaia for a set amount of time.

Not likely to happen soon. Due to the numerous ways a person may be granted gold on Gaia, this would actually be a fairly massive update.

Since we all know that the landing page of Gaia needs a remake, I was wondering if we could get actual members' avatars featured there. The best way for me would be to choose 6 avatars (2 female, 2 male and 2 paws) likewise featured avatars are chosen maybe, with the members nominating themselves and the staff picking which ones they like the most, altho gaians could get to choose the actual winners from, let's say, 30 finalists (10 of each, female, male and paws). This could be done twice or once a month maybe?~

Would you consider holding a contest for gaians to create a new Gaia homepage (that page we all go to when we first pull up gaia and haven't logged in yet)?
Seeing as the page needs updating I think it'd be a cool idea to have the users do it!
edit: You could set it up like how the Cross Stitch events are where you have a set space for users to put their design in to prevent entries from being too small or too large.
