So I had this quest up already once here, but apparently it was moved into the wastelands, lol. I'm wondering if this would still be doable?

Appearance
Appearance:
Egg Stage:
If it could look like it's sitting on the bank of Soudul's Lake Koralifel, that'd be great. If not, than that's fine as well.
Looks:
Nelareth has a very unique look for being Firani. Sporting a set of oversized (obviously larger than normal) black scale wings with an ice blue underside patagium. His body is covered in the same jet-black metallic scales that shimmer and shine jet-black in the sunlight and almost a dark blue under the moon. His eyes are a piercing ice-blue. His full grown size can compare to that of the green dragon here. So, with that being said, he isn't very compact due to his history with Lake Koralifel. He would have to stay in the back yard/outside always in respect of people's things -- as he wouldn't really fit inside to begin with. He has two pairs of horns. His horns look like an ombre black (at base of his forehead) twisting spires to ice blue tips (which match his eyes). HORNS EXAMPLE - Red/Orange Dragon in Bottom Right But there is a smaller pair of the same spiraling horns in between the two spires. He also breathes blue fire instead of the typical red. (If this could somehow be apart of his art, I would appreciate it.) He has ice blue paws with a fiery pattern upon them melding into his jet black scaly skin, and his tail is like this top middle, with the end being ice-blue as well.

Description:
- Dutiful
"Whatever you say, master."
One thing that stands out in the Khehora's mind is that he always wishes to please his masters, Lazarus and Vyren. If the Firani is given a task, he will try his very best to complete it with vigor and as good an attitude as he can muster.
Stoic
"..."
He won't show nearly as much emotion as others wish he might. Instead, he will bottle things up that occur to him. He doesn't talk all too often with others -- especially when the topic of emotions is involved. He would rather not focus on any emotion, good or bad, and would rather do his duty to his friends and move forward. He will, now and again, open up to his closest allies, but you won't see him being heartfelt and fluttering with happiness unless you truly get to know him on a very deep level.
Realistic
"You should not clog your mind with such childish dreams."
For being rather new to the world, Nel will definitely learn quickly that it is best to be realistic in a situation. Whereas Lazarus is very whimsical with his thoughts, Nelareth tends to be just the opposite. He will speak and be the "voice of reason" to many erratic thoughts of the other two.
Reserved
"I just do not care to talk as much as you do."
Nelareth has oftentimes been described as the "strong silent type", and that rings true. He doesn't care to show off his power, nor does he care to brag about any accomplishments he may complete. He just finds solitude in being quiet and watching from afar.
Selfless
"Everything I do, I do for you."
He may not speak as much, but he screams volumes when it comes to actions. He will do small things to large things. He would definitely sacrifice himself to save his friends and allies. He is the exact opposite of Vyren when it comes to their level of self involvement. He may keep a lot of emotions to himself, but he's like the kind that will go out of his way to do something for someone else. Vyren tends to take advantage of that from time to time -- pushing him too far for his own good sometimes.
Dependent
"I could never live without my master."
He oftentimes does feel rather lost when he's alone. Not knowing what to do or where to go. He will try to be as strong as he can, but he still feels as though his true strength lies within Lazarus and Vyren and being around his companions. He never felt that being totally alone for extended amounts of time was good for anyone and he knows he would never be able to do it himself.
Valiant
"I must do whatever it takes to protect."
He's a heroic sort, going along with his selfless attitude. His kind soul always wishes to be the hero, saving the day, even if that means sacrificing himself or something he loves. He shows courage when others cannot seem to muster it and will oftentimes take a blow for his allies before allowing them to come under fire.
Hot-tempered
*BLUE FLAMES GALORE*
Nelareth actually has a very, very long fuse in general, but when he's at his boiling point, he will not resist to blow up and fight in his own (or his Master's) defense. Obviously, it takes some time to get to that point, but don't defy Nelareth too long or he will fight back with great force.
History
The story begins with a loving, migrant Khehorian couple; the male was a devout Firani, training daily to increase his fiery skill set, the female was a powerful Peisio, able to bend the water to her wishes just as her mother and her mother's mother before her. The two met many years earlier, falling in love was just their happy ending -- or beginning in this case. They made their home, which was just a simple small cave, on the Southern sands of Soudul in the Forests of Endeldarth near Lake Koralifel.
The couple hadn't ever decided to have a clutch before, but the Peisio was in want of children of her own and, thus, the two decided to have their first group of eggs in the early spring. It was a bright day when they realized that they had a set of five healthy eggs that could grow into beautiful children for them.
Less than a month after their eggs were created, tragedy struck. Unluckily for the two Khehorian, a group of bandits (all races considered) found their home and began to raid what the two had collected for years. As the Firani blasted his fire, the Peisio collected her delicate eggs into a satchel. The male led most of the bandits from the cave in an attempt to save both her and their clutch from harm. He told her to run towards Lake Koralifel in their Khehorian language; and she did just that, transforming back to her Orakovan form and saving her eggs from the enclosing bandits. She flew up and across the southern end of the lake until she got to the other side.
Distraught and shaky, she created a small hovel for her eggs right on the lake's bank, to keep predators and everything else away, at least until she could meet back up with the love of her life. As his mother was shoving dirt around the eggs to create a safe haven for them, a couple of cracks appeared on one of them. Suddenly, out popped the head of a Orakoi with dark red scales and fiery red eyes. However, during that time, a terrible dragon raid began as well, causing the Peisio mother to fight in order to protect her precious baby and the rest of her eggs.
As the battle waged, the Orakoi (whom hadn't even been given a name) fell into the dark waters of Koralifel. Unable to swim at all, the Orakoi floated soundly to the bottom of the lake, unable to defend against the pain and suffering it had to endure. The magical waters began to manipulate and transform aspects of the baby. The dark red scales darkened further to black and the once fiery red eyes had transformed to an icy blue as the little Khehora floated deeper into the water.
This is where Lazarus and Vyren's story begins. ((will be detailed, although most staff probably already know the outline as it was put up in the staff forums))
tl;dr for the future:
He will start as a little Orakoi (as that's how Laz/Vye will find him).
Laz will save both he and Vyren with his Peisio power.
As the Orakoi comes to life, he doesn't bond with anyone (obviously, being born a Feral already), but as Lazarus realizes that his mother is dead (because of the dragon), he feels terrible and decides to care for the little Orakoi by himself (with Vyren's help). He will be given the name Nelareth by Laz.
As they grow, Vyren and Nelareth will both be rather hot-headed together, but Vye will train Nel in the ways of being of Firani descent.
Lazarus and Nelareth are going to be extremely close (like Father/Son status) and Nel will want nothing but the best for both Lazarus and anyone Laz finds as a friend. Vyren will be very prominent in his life also.

Through Nelareth's Eyes
Thoughts on the Great Engagement:
Nelareth finds himself leaning towards the fighting aspect. Being a charge to Vyren and Lazarus, he has adapted to Vyren's way of life. The main difference is that Nel knows his limits - whereas Vyren will push himself until he can't push himself any longer. Oftentimes he will help his master with fighting or anything that he can, but will definitely be the voice of reason when he knows Vyren has had enough. Over all, he will fight the good fight because that's what he has adapted from his fathers.
Thoughts on the Dragons and Khehora:
Dragons
As far as dragons go, he will help his masters to the fullest as long as he can. Thus, if his masters want to fight a dragon, so will he. He's not a coward in the least, and thus he will fight until the death if he has to. But in all honesty, he wouldn't be the first to pick a fight with a dragon. He's more levelheaded than that.
Khehora
He is actually quite interested in other Khehora. His past, where he comes from, it's all very intriguing to him. He wishes to know more about his father, mother, and especially what other Khehora are like. If he ever gets the chance to have a conversation with one, he will likely be as tentative and listen as closely as he could. Every detail matters.
Bonded
He knows not of the bond, but would envy those who are bonded deeply with their masters. Lazarus is his closest companion whom he loves, adores, and wants nothing but the best for; oh, and he likes Vyren too (every now and again). He sometimes wishes that he could help his masters more, as he can't help as much without the bond itself. He loves where he's at in life, why change something that's so good?
Thoughts on the Other Races:
Dovaa
He's known more Dovaa in his life than anything else. These are like his "people". Obviously there are those whom he doesn't wish to be around; the angry ones, those that are rude or disrespectful to him or his masters, but over all, the Dovaa are like his second people, even though he realizes that he's just a Khehora, the Dovaa that are a constant in his life he adores.
Orderites
He hasn't ever met an Orderite, although he doesn't feel as though he would necessarily like them. Something about their look and the way they hold themselves so highly really irks the Khehora. He doesn't like to be on Serenia -- even though that's his master's favorite continent in the lower worlds. He feels far more secure and safe on Soudul's land.
Oblivionites
He feels as though if he had to choose a second people, the Oblivionites would be the ones. Their colder demeanor seem to ring more truth to him than the Orderite's "holier-than-thou" attitude. Could it be caused by the dark lake and energy -- thus making him feel closer to home whenever on the Soudul continent? Maybe. But his feelings are his own.
Hybrids
It may be because of Vyren's thoughts that have sunk into his own, but he doesn't care for them. Mixing of the races wasn't how the gods intended for their people to live. But they're there, and there's nothing that one Khehora can do about it. Instead, he just ignores their existence and will even wonder why Vyren and Lazarus talk to them. Oh, and anything with Orderite blood is already much lower on the totem pole than anything else; just saying.
