I appreciate the cohesive update + the opportunity to give opinions.

I agree with the HP change, seems to make sense.

The attack adjustments for individual attacks look helpful, definitely a good idea to nerf sleep. You might want to edit Grasswhistle too.

However, I am strongly against the increased chance for added affects, especially so insanely high. It makes attacks with added effects have an incredible advantage over those that do not, and makes serene grace just plain broken with guaranteed effects for everything. I would understand maybe boosting things to 2/10 or 3/10 for the current 1/10 chances (I suppose 4/10 is livable if not gross) but bumping it up to things like 7/10 is (at least in my opinion) excessive, especially for things that cause flinching. I can understand wanting to spice things up, but this honestly sounds like a nightmare, with status effects and flinches being flung around left and right. Sorry, I just really, really hate added effects, even if I make use of them.
I appreciate the chance to voice my opinion, even if it is a negative one >.>

Abilities- for the most part these seem to just be closer to how they are in the games, maybe a bit nerfed. All fine to me.

I agree with swapping the mega stones and gems around. The stones were a bit overpowered. I understand that mega pokemon are supposed to be very strong, but since the boost goes to all their moves I think it's fair. Besides, not everyone's favorite pokemon can mega evolve, so it's nice to even the field a bit.

I think the change to defenses is logical, if a bit hard to wrap my head around at first. The examples and mock battle help.
