Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): Francis grew up on the streets with no family or care. He was caught stealing food and trying to pick pocket people. Francis was thrown into a aslyum because of his personalitly and actions. After he was succsesfully treated he was sent free with a new home. When Francis was adjusting to the new life something clicked and he wanted to go crasy and joined DWMA.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Too Fast for Yah?: In weapon form, Francis increses his speed greatly and lunges foward attacking the enemy multiple times each more faster than the other.
+ Final Blow: In weapon form, Francis launches into the air and spins around gaining mommentum. Then Stabbing into the enemy puncturing them and forcing the enemy to the ground.
+ A little Buff: When this ability is activated, the meister or him will absorb attacks and dish out their faster and more powerful than normal. (Lasts 2 mins)
+ Reversing your Moment: When someone activates their ability at Francis, he absorbs it and launches it back at them slower but extremely powerful (This can only be done with projectiles that are not massive)
+ Piercing Wounds!: When this ability is activated, Francis summons Rapiers, Daggers, and Swords that sorround the target and pierce the target all at once pinning the selected target to the ground (This takes time to complete, and if fast enough can be avoided).
Personality: Francis is a pshychopath. He barely wants to make friends and wants to make enemy's that he know's he can beat. He dosen't open himself about his feeling and hates to know about yours. There is the odd day that he will be somewhat nice or sad though.
