R U L E S x A N D x C O N D I T I O N S
✖ GRUDGELOCKE : if you faint or runaway from your first encounter pokemon, you may try to catch it again if
you run into it in that area again, so long as it is the same gender and level
✖ CRIT CLAUSE : faints caused by a critical hit do not count as permadeaths
✖ DUPES CLAUSE : if your first encounter is the same as your first encounter in another area it does not count
✖ GARCHOMP CLAUSE : dragon rage is op at low level
