㊬Personality↔ A calm young man who is a hopeful tactician. Praised by many for his strategies on the battlefield Toshiro is a deadly force to be reckoned with. Toshiro however is very humble and refuses to fight someone when they are injured or with any unfair advantages as he follows the bushido code with minor additions.
㊬Bio↔ Abandoned at a young age Toshiro has learned almost everything by himself… At the age of 15 he set off on a journey to find his parents… three years into the journey he finds his mothers sword ,The Midnight Blossom, lying next to a helmet that had his mothers name engraved on it… judging by the war torn look of the area he knew what happened.. He gave up on finding his dad knowing that one day he will come to him. So Toshiro traveled all over the region until he reached kanto where a kind couple adopted him on his 18th birthday…Soon after he joined the Azure Wolves and worked his way up the ranks becoming the Stealth Force Captain.

1↔ Raikiri (lightning blade): Activates the runes on the blade. A white glow covers the sword sometimes crackling with black lightning. Can be held for 2 minutes before deactivating
2↔ Spatial:By using his chi Toshiro can teleport himself and small groups of others to any location he has been in 2 day cooldown. He can also use it to push back or pull things towarda him or any given object.
3↔Faze: passes through things if its an enemy he slashes through them 10 times before resheathing his blade
4↔ Rising Thunder: throws his blade up taking the enemy with it jumps up grabs it does a small combo strikes them back down and lands on his feet before backfliping away
5↔ Dragon Storm: summons his fox familiar Takashio and activates his dragon blood link powering up Takashio
6↔ Fade: fades away. Used for stealth.
7↔ Dragon Transformation half step: demonic marks and skin appear all over his arms up to his elbows his legs up to his knees and the lower part of his neck has dragonic scales increases speed and defence
8↔ Dragon Soul: Charges up energy in different ways (like Raikiri, as a ball, as a beam and as a weapon itself) and causes him to release the full extent of his own soul otherwise known as soul X (think of the itto shura and it's upgrade from chivalry of a failed knight) in soul x form he doesn't feel any damage taken but when it wears off he takes double the damage plus the wear and tear from using it.
㊬Ultimate Technique List 1-3 (abilities here and EXPLAINED)
1↔Dragon Blade Storm: Uses ultimate Raikiri or Ultimate Dragon Soul and Faze while in dragon form. Tears things to shreds in a 10 meter radius while not harming allies (just fazes harmlessly through them)
2↔Phantom Blade: Activates runes on the blade and charges at the enemy before dissappearing. Attacks with Ultimate Raikiri 20 times with blinding speed before reappearing behind the enemy resheathing his blade
3↔Dragon Blade Storm(Soul X): Dragon Blade Storm(Soul X) is concentrated on a singular person. With the use of Ultimate Raikiri or Ultimate Dragon Soul along with phantom blade Toshiro dissapears and cuts through the enemy 20 times before reappearing and Finishing up the combo with a Dragon Rising Thunder(Rising thunder but double the combo length and ends with strikeing the enemy down throwing the sword down with then pinning them to the ground. Toshiro then comes down with a Unsealed demonic dragon arm charged with aura leaving an energy like spiral on impact. Toshiro fades away with his sword and reappears a few feet away holding his now limp arm (think bardock sayian spirit)
