I always wondered how his memories didn't fade other than that though. Six hundred years is a long time. His is a flyng pc. So maybe he shut certain areas of his memory down or something.

I wonder why Rimmer never talked about his time on Rimmerworld. After all, it seems like a pretty traumatizing event, and we all know how he loves to whine about all the traumatizing things he's had to endure in his life/death.

Maybe Kochanski got mad at his advances and tried to kill him? Or else the toaster sprouted legs and decided to get revenge on him for putting him down the garbage disposal thingy. Poor Lister.
