Idk who's telling the truth but either way it's cost the outlaw his ride. We all know know Kurt is one heck of a driver but his temper has been overshadowing his career for too long. I would like to see him come back but if Driscoll has her way this could be the end of his career.

I don't know how I feel on this. On one hand, he hasn't been convicted of let alone charged with anything. On the other hand, there is the protection order. The timing seems kinda fishy, and Driscoll provided “false testimony” during the December and January hearings according to commissioner David Jones. But Kurt does have a history, and even given the "false testimony", the commissioner granted the order. Kurt is a talented Race driver and a Sprint Cup Champion, and I hate that this is happening.
I just don't know what to think. confused

It is what it is really.
Wither Kurt Busch or Driscoll is telling the truth, there's no hard evidence to say one way or the other who is lying. But like you say, considering Kurt's history as a hot head while driving for Roush, Penske, Phoenix, and even Furniture Row at times, it's kind of hard to say Kurt isn't capable of doing something like this.
I do think Kurt shot himself in the foot by trying to claim she's a trained assassin. That's just ridiculous. Even on the remote chance that that would be true, if he managed to prove that now, he'd probably be charged for knowingly withholding that information for so long. Either way, it just makes him look crazy...
I dare say we may have seen the last of Kurt Busch as a driver though. I read somewhere that Chevy has cut ties with him. I'm pretty sure Ford wouldn't take him back at this point, and I know Joe Gibbs Racing wants nothing to do with him, not to mention the sponsors that have had enough of him over the years. Seems like after this wither or not he's found not guilty, he doesn't really have anywhere to go unless Stewart-Haas hasn't completely wrote him off. Mind you I guess they'd have to change Chevy's mind.

Just read the latest article and it looks Kurt is back already and will be racing this weekend at Phoenix.

Yep, he'll be back in the #41 starting at Phoenix. Chevy is back on board and he is still chase eligible.
I hope this means it's over, we can move on, and talk about racing!

Two races back and Kurt's doing good. Looks like a win is coming his way soon.

I would be shocked if he doesn't get a win this year.

I think he'll get a win this year. That last caution though was ridiculous and cost him any chance at winning at auto club. I really think nascar needs to throw the yellow on the last lap if there's a wreck instead of letting everyone race back to the checkers.

The problem with that is the other half of the people would be accusing NASCAR of fixing the race so Kurt won. It is what it is. Greg recovered and got underway again long before the field got near him.

They've got a bad habit of doing it lately on the last lap if a wreck happens.

You'd have a bunch of people complaining that the race ended under caution, just like there are a bunch of people complaining that the race didn't end under caution.
