Why are magic beings(sabbac,Cap Marvel,Doc strange etc) are considered stonger tha metahumans or superbeings?

Well Captain Marvel isn't usually considered stronger than Superman.
Doctor Strange is just really powerful, he can channel the powers of cosmic entities to help him.

Because Metahuman abilities normally follow the laws of physics and nature, while magic completely ignores all that.
